I like the staff. They were very attentive and nice. Breakfast was good, and the young lady who did the breakfast was very pleasant. Also, the cleaning crew was a delight as well.

The only issue i had was the pool area. The pool water was very cloudy and murky. Also, there were some safety concerns. There was no padded area/slip free area where the tables and chairs were located. My kids and I both slipped and fell while walking to the chairs after leaving out of the pool. Needless to say, we weren't serverly injured, but I can see where someone could be. I was barefoot, and the kids had water shoes with grips on the bottom.

I was very happy with the hotel and the staff were very hospitable and friendly. Better than some places.

My only complaint is the breakfast room. There is a sign ( not big enough, or in a place where it could be noticed easily.) requesting people to dress appropriately and some totally disregarded it. I really find it very off putting when people come in there dressed in what is obviously night attire. One person even had a blanket wrapped around her. I understand this could be a delicate situation for any member of staff to enforce but perhaps a bigger sign in a more noticeable location, would help. Maybe even added to the reservation. A disgusting habit, where people have to eat.

The breakfast was adequate, rooms were clean bed comfortable.

My one objection, despite there being a "small" notice at the entrance to the breakfast bar, stating suitable clothing to be worn, people still go down to eat wearing night clothes. I think corporate should be more forceful implementing this rule, by stating on the booking agreement, in BIG BOLD letters. This is a disgusting habit. The hotel is becoming a little jaded in some areas and could do with brightening up a little.

The gentleman that greeted us at 4am was extremely nice & very understanding after a long night of driving.. We just wanted to give him recognition, if I remember correctly his name was levil. We loved how clean it was. I would also like to say the little lady that was doing breakfast the days we was there was extremely sweet & fast at getting food out for everyone. 10/10 recommend 😀

The only thing I’d have to say we disliked was the pool area needs more lighting & the room stayed hot even with the AC unit on. Over all we will definitely book again.

Staff at check in was professional and kind.

NONE of the surfaces had been wiped down. I clean off surfaces with sanitizer cloths. However, I could see the rings from cups and beverages of the last guest. As well as as indications that bathroom counter and counter above mini fridge not cleaned. Inside of fridge has juice stains. Lastly sofa armrest had dark stain and drip down side of couch. Could’ve been blood for all i know. It was old we covered with towel. Never sat in jacuzzi although I cleaned it thoroughly. Just the notion that everything else had been ill prepared made me feel it might have only been surface cleaned.

I loved meeting with front desk receptionist Lavel, who was super nice and welcoming. I liked the way the staff kept everything neat in the room. I had the pool to myself and the breakfast had good options. The stay was good overall and would go back again.

I had lost my hair straightener and had asked the receptionist to check the front desk, dining area, or ask cleaning staff. She was not very nice over the phone.

The bed was excellent. Room was very clean. There was a wonderful selection for breakfast.

The overnight manager took forever to come to check me in. There was no bell or other way to announce i was waiting. I decided (after 7 minutes) to call the hotel to get someone's attention. After about a minute of the phone ringing, she came downstairs muttering that I didn't need to call, she knew i was there. Her tone changed quickly, but it was off putting at first.

Easy exit off of I-95. Pleasant, spacious room with two comfortable beds and clean bedding. Microwave and mini refrigerator. Simple but adequate breakfast, with a waffle maker. Good location for us as it was only about a 6-minute drive to Old Town Historic District and to Blandford Church. (Thought we’d try a well-regarded seafood restaurant in the historic area however decided we didn’t care for their prices. Found Tramonto Ristorante nearby and feasted on pasta and salad. Excellent change from the endless fast-food places on the way north from Florida.)

We were here only one night and everything was comfortable. No issues.

We looked forward to a great night of resting after a very weather filled traveling day. The room, bed and shower met our needs and we had a good night rest. Enjoyed a good hot breakfast the next morning.

The only thing we didn't like was that the check in clerk did not acknowledge our presence when we came in. She was busy with 2 other guests so we understand but a quick I will be with you in a minute would have felt more welcoming.

The breakfast was filling. The pool was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. This is my second time staying here, and I would come back again.

A second grab bar for the shower would of been nice because one in the back of the shower is not really helpful for someone who is visually or physically challenged to get in or out of the tub safely.
