Super comfy beds. Able to control room temp. Large 2 room (plus bathroom) suite was really nice. Quiet - I was on 5th floor so no one was above me. A great night’s sleep.Breakfast was very nice.

Bottom of tub has a weird grisly feel to it. I imagine it is to make it non-slip but this is a super odd way of doing that.

The continental breakfast. Nice options but not enough. There were 50 guests waiting for a half tray of bacon and eggs. They only had one pancake maker so a huge line. Only one you making food and a bit at a time. There are 50 people.. make 10 trays of eggs and 5 trays of bacon., not one each. Because there was such a line, you had to be rude to actually get food and then you felt bad taking too much. I wouldn’t stay here again cause of the breakfast issue.

The staff were very friendly when I first arrived. Denise who was at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Our room was not clean nor were they ready for us when we arrived,but she did her best helping register for our rooms. Oh the young man serving in the kitchen who was alone my first morning didn’t get his name, but was great also.

The bathroom was not clean so she had to change our room.

The family suite was huge, probably the largest we have ever stayed in...also had nice comfy carpet, 2 TVs, and a spacious desk. There was also a significant amount of drawer space, a cold fridge, and a microwave as well. The bathroom also had great lighting on a light-up mirror which my wife and girls loved. Lastly, the breakfast was very good, with plenty of hot options... probably the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Breakfast staff were really nice and on top of the food. Ashley at the front desk made sure that we had everything we needed and immediately responded to any questions! What a truly remarkable person and you should recognize her ability to make our stay much better than any other hotel stays we’ve had!

Diamond at the front desk was truly a gem...smiling, friendly, and delightful! The queen suite had a separate room with pull out couch. 2 rooms for the price of 1. The pool was fun for the boys and the complimentary breakfast was much more substantial than expected: bacon, scrambles eggs, biscuits and gravy. Yogurt, oatmeal, etc etc.

Are stay was Amazing from the time we walked in the door. Denise at the front desk was so nice, she really made us feel welcomed. Our room was super clean and smelled wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that was traveling to Virginia. Whether for work or pleasure hands down the best hotel I been in. Thank you to the amazing staff. I will definitely be back

We were surprised it was so nice. The next day we stayed in a Hampton Inn in SC and it was horrible and very disappointing! At the Hampton, the breakfast was awful, there were bugs, the toilet kept running, there was no alarm clock, the tv remote was impossible to work. Never again!

Everything was good at the Holiday.

Affordable, clean and convenient if you’re traveling. Our room was clean, and the breakfast in the morning was a full breakfast and very yummy :)

Issue with my Booking.com pre-payment. It had not been applied when we arrived, which caused a slight issue, but got resolved.

Staff We met from Alabama was extremely friendly, Great personality perfect Customer service skills. Clean rooms, clean hotel, excellent breakfast and honestly I loved the armed service flags . Really hit home! My father was in Airforce, Uncle in Navy, few friends from Army, few friends from Marines and We actually went for Our daughter's Graduation from Ft. Lee (Ft. Gregg-Adams) so A HUGE THANK YOU.
