Jessica that worked the front desk was the highlight of our stay. She was very nice everyday and acknowledged my family every morning with a warm greeting and she remembered our dietary concerns and made sure that something was prepared that we could eat each day. I also watched her be very kind to everyone that she came in contact with. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I liked the room set up,I liked the breakfast and the fact that there was a sign that says for dietary needs contact staff. The majority of the staff was great and very friendly. It is close to places to eat and stores that are in walking distance.

The Location was perfect for us. Not even 5 minutes from our children and right off the highway. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. The hotel was pet friendly, which was a blessing, as we always travel with our pug.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

I can not give enough praise to the staff. They were friendly, kind and personable.

This is probably my fault. I could not get the plug to the tub to work, I would have liked to soak in the tub that night, but I did not ask for help, so my fault. Some one should contact the army and get them to teach the truck drivers how to not grind the gears when shifting from one to another.

I like that the staff was supper friendly and interacted with us all. Any request was answered, and the breakfast was very pleasing and satisfying. The room was cleaned and stocked well. I had access to any store or restaurant I needed to get to. Overall, we had a good stay and I will stay again!

I didn't like that. I was supposed to have a double queen suite with a queen sofa, and they didn't have one on the site, as mentioned by the night clerk Bella that checked me in on May 22, 2023. If I was paying for a 6 guest room with a sleeper unit and only got a 4 guest room with no sleeper, it was very misleading.

Miss Bella was really nice. I met her at the customer service desk. she even texted me about 15 minutes after I got in and asked how everything was. I really enjoyed that. Miss Diana, who I met Saturday morning, gave everybody baskets of appreciation of water. And little snacks and chips before we left for our day.

There was nothing that I didn't like I would come back for a staycation

The staff was amazing from the time we walked through the door. Tyesha greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. She even made sure we settled in our room. The bed was comfy, good water pressure during my shower, and the breakfast was yummy. Plus is was close to Fort Gregg Adams!

Location. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

Something went wrong with my check-in. I received a call at 2:30 in the morning (waking my family from a dead sleep) asking if I was still planning on checking in. I told the guy I was already in the room sleeping. He said "oh".

Friendly staff. Location is right off I295 for traveling. Breakfast option a plus.

Cracked bathroom sink. No shampoo in shower. Noisy- can hear slamming doors from the hallway.

I really love the area. Very clean

I didn’t like that I didn’t know about the construction done on the property. We had a very long drive in and we couldn’t rest due to the noise
