Conflicting information about breakfast - listings said $10 for a single item, but it was a buffet. A very very basic one, but it was free, and the serving staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was quite edible. When I checked in, the staff was friendly and chatty, helpful in explaining exactly where the room was. The room itself was booked as "accessible" - it had a roll in shower, which was perfect. The best part was that I was able to use the shower head and the shower wand at the same time for the ultimate shower. :) Bed was comfy. Furnitue was useful - rolling chair, armchair, a little table to use with the armchair for food or laptop. The desk area was nice. Plenty of USB and power ports. Light control was a little odd - lamps on either side of the bed andone on the desk, all of which were only controlled by switches on them. There was a light at the door to light the little hallway where the bathroom door was, but it wasn't bright enough to get to the lamps - I had to use my phone's flashlight. but the light was quite adequate one switched on. Decor was minimally modern. It looked nice. I thought it was all good for the price. Nothing amazing, but it was good. And good for the price.

Me and my children came down for a family wedding and this location was perfect. It was close to the wedding venue as well as the reception and near other family and friends nearby. We are familiar with the Richmond area so getting to stores and restaurants was no problem. I only wished that they served breakfast (But there is a McDonalds within walking distance so we was good) but other than that, we enjoyed our stay!!

The only thing was not having breakfast in the morning. That would have been the icing on the cake. Even if just coffee/juice, cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. Something is better than nothing.

The room itself was very up to date and a good size. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean. You can definitely feel like you're at home there. The atmosphere was quiet and calming in the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Experience overall was absolutely amazing despite some cleaning issues.

The sheets and rags had stains on them. The floor looked clean, but when walking around barefoot, feet would get dirty from lack of mopping. The coffeemaker had old coffee in the water and bad mold spores as if it hadn't been checked or cleaned in a while.

The general manager is so nice she’s amazing her energy never changes she makes you feel welcome and makes sure you’re comfortable overall everything is clean comfy even the breakfast is good definitely will return best service I’ve seen and had in a while 5 stars to the manager and staff they stay was amazing and the stay was quite comfy and clean FIVE STARS

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable and it has a working MW and Fridge in the room. The pool was very nice the relax from the heat. It has EV chargers in the parking lot

Too far from downtown and it houses a restaurant but it is quite pricey for what they offer. The bed linens were stretched but the beds were not correctly made after the first day The room floors were never swept during our 4 days 3 nights stay

I paid for 4 rooms in advance, when I arrive to check in the 4 rooms at the front desk the attendant said to me that I had already checked in on one of my rooms and he was convinced that I was, and I explained to him that I just arrived from a 13 hour drive. He found the problem, the attendant before his shift gave one of my rooms to someone else. At first he offered to rent me another room and charge me again but he said that I had to pay more than I paid for the room that I already paid for, I said no I'm not paying for another room and you need to work this out with the $156 that i already paid. He made a call to his manager and explained to her that I had already paid in advance,and his manager told him to give me another room without charge.

They don’t offer a complimentary breakfast but they have a place on site to get a variety of breakfast items. I had a sandwich and my husband had pancake bites. We enjoyed both.

We had to change rooms because of an odor in the first room. So thankful they were able to give us another room but still, a little inconvenient.

Clean, easy access. Restaurant and Bar at Hotel

I booked a return for the following week. It was supposed to be same price , but they charged me $50 more. I spoke to the girl on duty but nothing was done to correct it. Very disappointing, I will probably notify Booking if what they did. If this isn’t corrected, I probably won’t be back.

Breakfast was fantastic, room size and bed size was excellent, huge Samsung TV with good channel selection. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is big and located in a great place for driving to the various tourist attractions.

Some of the other guests were very noisy in the early hours of the morning, which is nothing to do with the hotel itself. My room had a broken toilet flush (I had to lift the cistern to flush manually) and despite me reporting it to reception after my first night nothing was done to repair or move me.

The location and price

The room I was given initially had someone else's belongings. Then I was moved to another room and was looked out the next day because the new person couldn't figure out who's (mine) belingings were in the room. Little mistake, nothing major!
