I appreciated the receptionists and how friendly, helpful, and able to guide us! They are an asset to your business!! The lady that served us for breakfast was excellent! She was on top of her game as well as the dinning room/food staff!!

You need ramps for handicap!!! Not having to pull a luggage cart all around inside/outside court yard to room!!! Toliet paper roll in the bathroom!!

Location felt safe. Full service restaurant a plus. Hot breakfast was better than expected. Even though the property was an older one, room was clean, extra outlets/usb ports by bed & on desk. Everything worked. Property looked neat/nice. Large dining area kept exceptionally cleaned with very polite staff.

Maybe four towels instead of two. Mattress a little hard (for me). Not a fan of outdoor access rooms but as they were in a courtyard, it felt less vulnerable.

Breakfast buffet is very good, I just wish they opened at 0600 every day instead of 0700 on weekends.

More coffee in the rooms, had to go to the front desk and grab more.

Our room faced the pool and was so pretty. Love that you can walk right in room. Great restaurant on site and very close to downtown Culpeper.

Not many TV channels. Could hear water dripping from upstairs so it needs to be checked out. Room above us was very loud and sounded like a herd of Buffalo walking.

Overall a great place to stay. Rooms are exceptionally clean. The food and drinks was better than any of the restaurants in the area.

The women up front could be a little more friendly. One day our room wasn't cleaned and left us with no towels.

Amazing breakfast! Outstanding staff! GM Mr. Scott superb! All the staff were very friendly. Immaculate grounds! Room extremely clean.

Guest who parked motorcycle in breezeway; not staff’s fault. Bed was quite “springy”, didn’t sleep well.
