Very large comfortable room. Updated recently.

We were given a room in the middle of a large wedding party block. We were part of a different wedding. There was a party in the room next to us until 2 am. I had to go in there and ask them to please turn the music off as I needed to be up bright and early for my wedding . Front desk did not pick up phone during this time. Breakfast OK. Lots of choice if you like eggs bacon etc. I did not like that all the bread ( each slice) was wrapped in Saran Wrap. They also ran out of yoghurt which was my go to. Also lots of single use plastic wrapped in plastic. Time to move on from that vibe.

Staff was excellent. Front desk, housekeeping were excellent.

Would have like a chair in the room other than desk chair. On the downside, One morning arrived for breakfast and there was no hot food and the waffle mix was empty. When I inquired at desk they immediately tracked the worker down and she started refills. However. This worker had brought her baby with her and it was in infant seat in kitchen floor. I am a nurse and a health educator and am familiar with labor regulations. I am certain the baby in the workroom/kitchen is a violation of work regulations. This should never happen.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choices. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The room was suppose to be 2 queen beds. They were more like 2 full size beds. Could only get cold water for a shower for the first 2 days of the stay. Then I guess the hot water tank got fixed because we had plenty of hot water after that.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had...hands down. The management and staff could not have been more helpful, kind and understanding. When they found out we would have to get on the road before we could get breakfast, they packed us a take along selection of breakfast items. If you want to train any future employee on how to offer hospitality...send them to this hotel.

There was not one thing we could name that we didn't like.

Staff were excellent, brilliantly professional and prepared to go the extra mile for us, the lady on the kitchen was so polite, lovely and everyone said how nice she was. Outstanding service and the rooms were neat, clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend Comfort Inn and stay with them again.

We liked the location of the hotel. Loved having enough towels without having to ask for them!!! The pillows were very soft but fortunately there were several so we could pile them one on the other.

Well, it's hard to make coffee for so many, but it could have been better. It was very expernsive for the type and location of the hotel. I get it was the Montpelier Races, but the prices for the two rooms were very expensive.

Everything has been newly renovated it looks amazing not to mention very clean. Let me just say the pillows and bed were super comfortable which is not usually the case when it’s not your own bed. All the staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next time we come to visit family.

Exercise room was sub par. Not all equipment was functional or could be adjusted. Parking was limited/crowded

I believe it was the evening manager, I don’t remember his name but he was so kind and helpful to me and my family. He alone made our stay so much better after driving a long 12 hours. He definitely brightened our day.

The eggs in the morning. So watery.

Location was good for our destination (Madison), property & room were clean, bright. Staff were friendly & responsive.

The lobby was sparse, almost bare. It looked like it had just opened or renovated.
