The property is beautiful. It is absolutely immaculate. The staff is courteous and kind. Everything is oriented in a way that is very comfortable while maintaining a luxurious feel. The dining options are too notch and the pools are perfection. This is our second stay and will not be our last. There were so many great people working there but Cassie and David made the experience exceptional for us and we are very grateful.

There wasn't anything at Keswick that was NOT spectacular. The grounds were beautiful, the facilities were pristine, the golf course was in fantastic shape, staff was super nice and helpful at all times. Exactly what one wants when getting away from home for a relaxing weekend.

Not a thing. It exceeded our expectations in all ways.

Loved the decor , the balcony , the cornered room so had windows on 2 walls and loved my view. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very large and spacious. Joelle (not sure of spelling) at the front desk is fabulous. Pool area is gorgeous.

Inconsistency at the front desk. Some people were excellent and helpful and others were not. When we checked in, no one showed us the property map or explained anything about breakfasts etc. The person appeared to be knowledgeable but was very unfriendly. Also they made an error in our booking which they said they would change and then it was not taken care of at check out which resulted in being over charged. It was surprising that after speaking with the manager, they still had it wrong. The kitchen at the restaurant still needs to work out the kinks. We waited for 1 hour for food one morning and the server did not apologize. Eventually the manager took care of it. In general I would say that they are working out some kinks but it is a lovely place.

The landscaping was wonderful, nice spacious room, lovely pool area with an amazing view and a beautiful restaurant next door.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Some of the staff lacked the professionalism one would expect at a resort like this. Leak in the ceiling of our room, WC door was too large to close. Loud and obnoxious music played at the pool, very off putting. No complimentary drinking water available at the pool.

Everything was amazing, really. The property is impeccably decorated and situated in the Virginia countryside. Dinner food and experience at Marigold was top notch. Tennis lesson with Tristan was really fun. Pool is gorgeous.

No complimentary coffee or tea at any time, despite really pricey rooms and $39 resort fee. Paid $5.47 for a smallish cup of coffee at The Counter. Additionally, a menu of resort activities to choose from in advance or on arrival would provide a better resort experience vs. simply a stay at a nice property.

After renovation, it lost all the charming historical family mansion atmosphere. It was white washed, sanitized and lost its charm and history and turned into a just another golf resort. The hotel does not run its own charming gracious restaurant as before but provided an new building for a chain trstaurant Marigold. Some parts are still under construction for instance, tennis courts and club house.
