Entry area at elevator smelled like wet dog Elevator smelled Too many trolleys in the entrance way near elevator for a small space Only 1 elevator in the whole facility in the back corner of the building Toilet paper was worse than tissue paper Signage was lacking for direction of rooms, ice & vending machines, etc

The breakfast was mediocre The coffee was definitely instant, not brewed but the selection of tea was quite good. The eggs were not farm fresh. The selection of cereal wasn’t exactly healthy. But thanks very much for the Chobani yogurt

Brewed coffee and healthy cereal. The room was clean except for a little mold in the shower (room 206) The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice selection of soap and shampoo

Good place - clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities (e.g. shampoo/conditioner/body lotion). We enjoyed the outside pool and the breakfast (more or less standard, but e.g. with the possibility to make your own breakfast burrito - had not seen this yet in a hotel of this type).

It is a bit cumbersome to get there as the traffic pattern around the hotel is a bit strange, but this is minor thing

Staff were friendly. Easy layout of the facility. Easy checking check out process.

The walls are very thin and you can hear most everything happening above you and outside of your room. The tub leaked constantly and I had to keep the door shut as it would wake me up around 4 am every morning. The beds are more firm than most places I stay at.

Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, everything was very clean. We attended UVA graduation and we were allowed to leave one of our cars in the hotel parking lot--very helpful!

Breakfast was good except the eggs--maybe they were powdered? The 5 steps from lobby to first floor were a little inconvenient with suitcases--no elevator? Otherwise everything was great.

Sausage not cooked done at breakfast buffet. Collection of coffee cup lids behind TV stand. Probably 6 or 8. Been there awhile from amount of dust behind there.

We visited in August and other hotels have their air conditioning limited. My husband and I like a colder room to sleep. This hotel allowed us to put the temp at 66. We got a great night sleep and will absolutely return when we are visiting our daughter at UVA.

Really comfy beds Friendly staff Close to Charlottesville and Monticello

No hairdryer, no spare toilet paper, toiletries needed topping up. Shame as everything was very clean and well presented

Our stay at comfort in was one of the best experience I have had at a hotel in a while the staff was friendly and the room was everything I was looking for comfortable beds and a clean room

Think we stayed first night after renovations. So very clean. Breakfast attendant asked what we wanted & he provided.

Freshly renovated so couple glitches but expected under situation.
