Called hotel direct number to make reservation and was connected to booking.com w/o knowledge. Because I was in Charlottesville for a medical appt I was eligible for a discount. Booking.com would not honor that discount. On arrival at check-in the hotel staff was able to make the correction. When calling the hotel's direct line you should not be rolled over to 3rd party booking company

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The person at the front desk was great. The waitress at the buffet was friendly and did a great job, even working by herself for a long time...she never lost her cool and stayed friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of parking and it was a great location for our trip to Montecello.

Beautiful view of lovely pond with a paved walking trail which you can access. Very serene. Great blackout curtains. Very nice helpful staff. Super quiet. No road noise and no noise from other rooms. Non slip shower. Lots of towels. We had a very comfortable stay.

Hot tub was only warm not hot. Bacon kinda greasy but I was glad to have it anyway. Chef was there making it fresh.

The breakfast was excellent; great value! The pool was small, not a lap swim pool, but refreshing. The hot tub was relaxing. The gym is small but has lots of equipment.

The list of restaurants offered by the front desk staff was not good. It was all fast food places. Perhaps having some fast food and other nicer places would be a good option.

The only thing I did not like about our stay was in our bathroom in our room the height of the toilet was extremely short, in fact I didnt know they made them that short. Also there was no fan/vent in the bathroom.

The location was very nice , the view with the pond and sitting areas very nice

The WiFi that was none and we had ants in our room , and according to when we book breakfast was included ( we ended up paying )

This was a good choice for one-night stay in Charlottesville. The room was spacious, light, and clean. There are several restaurants within a short ride from the hotel. The hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast, but the breakfast buffet was very good (much to choose from and good quality) for its price.

Great location.

It was humid in our hallway on the 4th floor and there was a hint of a smell in our room as if the ones who stayed before us were smokers.

Breakfast not included & didn’t eat there. Loved the location’s privacy & trails around ponds. Enjoyed the hot tub/pool & the firepit/patio.

Room layout at door, bathroom & refrigerator/coffee station seemed crowded.

Clean room, comfortable beds, great town

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time (was ready close to 4pm, website notes check in was at 3pm).
