Great location right on the corner and an easy walk from campus.

It seemed a little like a makeover of some old hotel with kitschy decor trying to achieve an antiquey look but really just covering up some outdated bathroom floors and showers. Did not feel luxe for the more expensive price tag. You’re paying for the location. Went up to the 9th floor for the bar/restaurant. The lights were on, TV was on, no bartender or people. We waited a good bit of time and no one ever came. Valet service was spotty. Would have been quicker to just get our own car.

the location is great. very pleasant staff. parking was easy. the bed was comfortable, room clean. i always feel safe at the graduate. we loved the rooftop bar.

i think the room felt a bit tired. i've stayed in many graduates and i love the concept. this was the least nice of the five or six i've stayed in.

The staff was great. Helpful with an early checkin and a late check out. The rooms are big and the location to the university can't be beat.

The bathrooms leave a bit to be desired. They ware clean and fine. But our toilet kept running and needed to be fixed. Our soap was low. And the overall esthetic was meh. All minor things but for the price we paid for the room I expect top knotch all around.

Room + location was great! Bed was very comfortable bed and liked the desk in the room. Bathroom was also very nice

Had to pay for parking! Was not happy about that and surprised it's not included - also we had to leave at 5:45 am and the cafe did not open for coffee until 6pm

The rooms of this hotel need renovation, Because the condition of his bathroom and furniture was not good The second thing is that if free breakfast and free parking are made in this hotel, it will be called the best hotel. Because often in a good hotel these two things are also free when booking a room

The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice rooftop bar and coffee bar in the lobby. Great for parking near the University of VA as well. Lobby could use a bit of sprucing up and elevator was down for part of one day. But the staff was exceptional

Rooms felt dated but it’s almost like it was the plan? Also don’t like the parking situation I think it is way over priced for what it is hotel guests should get a heavy discount in my eyes

I liked the nice, quirky touches in the decor of the Graduate. Also the rooftop terrace is very nice to have a drink. Location is conveniently enough. You can walk in to town or to the campus. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were very pleasantly surprised with what Charlottesville has to offer. Many nice eateries, coffee places, etc.

Rooms are a bit dated and although there are some nice details, a bit standard. We were surprised that there is paid parking in a town this size. The hotel offers paid parking in the parking garage behind the hotel. Street parking is complicated and hard to find. The games room looked nice, but was closed due to some maintenance work during our stay. Kids would have loved to play.

GREAT location on the campus of UVA. Great parking setup with access to the deck from the 1st 3 floors. Great vibe and game room for all ages.

Bring your own pillows, there’s are all feather that turn quickly into bricks. Rooms are small (like a dorm room) but comfortable, clean. Older buildings with older decorations, so electrical plugs are a premium for all of your IT. No free coffee, but had a nice restaurant on the 9th floor and cafe on the 1st to buy it.

Location was great. The bed was very comfortable. Despite a busy area it was quiet.

No place to put our clothes or unpack…. No closet… most important no coffee maker with strong coffe available… you should offer at least a continental breakfast for the price u charge… the upper deck area only serves breakfast on the weekend….. with all these complaints I’m making we would probably stay again because of the convenient location
