We had an EXCELLENT stay! It went by too fast. Our room was furnished in great taste. We loved the comfy beds with nice firm mattresses! The breakfast far surpassed our expectations. Everything was displayed so beautiful! We loved the coffee available all the time! The fruit and breakfast pastry was a special treat! We could easily get used to this breakfast each day! The pool was terrific and the water was an excellent temperature. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Our son would chat with them all the time. What a great hotel! We LOVED IT!!!

The hotel was perfect! It might be helpful to have more brochures about tourist attractions in the area and surrounding towns.

Overall, the room was spacious with comfortable beds, but there were a few issues. Breakfast was the typical waffle, cereal, bread, yogurt, and fruit. Tea and coffee were available all day. We were able to do an early checkin. Staff were friendly.

The air conditioning had visible black mold, and the room had a persistent, musty smell likely due to high humidity. The A/C could certainly benefit from better cleaning. Additionally, the bathroom extractor fan was not functioning properly, causing the bathroom to fog up. We had to leave the door open for better ventilation.

Very clean. I had a small living room with a large TV. The bedroom also had a large TV. I never watch TV in a hotel room when I travel because I normally only have a bedroom and 1 TV. Now I could watch TV in my little living room without worrying about bothering anyone.

It would be wonderful to have a shuttle that would transport people to concerts. I attended a concert at Jones Paul Arena. I took UBER. When the concert was over, i had to wait over an hour for a Uber to arrive. The venue kicked me out because security had to secure all the entrances. Traffic was still flowing from the parking garages. I had to wait outside by myself until I could get an Uber to taken me back to the hotel.

Clean room, nice décor, easy to find room... no long walks to take my luggage to my room, very quiet hotel with no loud music, tv, peaceful occupants, lots of available usb ports, lobby has a clean area available to meet other and to dine there at anytime other than breakfast.

Two different rates for two nights that I stayed, I thought it be the same rate. I was not aware of this and no explaination was given. Parking was sparse. If you want parking be sure to get there in the daylight hours because there may not be a spot for you later in the day. Parking is divided with the other hotel lodgings next to this one, really tight.

I wish I had got the young ladies name that was working at the front desk, but she was amazing and incredibly kind. I was traveling alone to UVA hospital following some surgery complications, and she went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable, even arranging a room right beside the elevators. I could not have asked for a better experience. She arranged a late check out for me so that I didn't have so much time in between my checkout time and my next appointment with UVA. I will definitely stay here again, and I am very appreciative for the kindness.

The room was nice overall space wise. Breakfast has enough options for a group of picky/restricted eaters. It was fairly quiet overall, staff was very friendly and it was easy to request extra items.

We could definitely smell we were next to a smokers room when using the bathroom however. The refrigerator froze everything on the top shelf which was bad when it came to needing some milk for our kid despite us changing the settings on it. Also the pool barely qualified as heated. It was cold in the morning and just bearable in the evening.

No ventilation fan in bathroom. Also..ALL hotels with pools should have an ADULTS ONLY time slot for the pool. Maybe every 45 mins for 15 mins or maybe like 7pm to 8pm. But something set aside for adults only! There was ALWAYS LOUD/hyper kids in the pool. This is my biggest issue at staying at a hotel with indoor pool. Let THE PAYING ADULTS use the pool exclusively w/out any kids! I'm not there to watch Karen's brood, while she ignores them screaming, running and jumping in the pool nonstop, like feral children!

Breakfast was good - tasty, nutritious, and well-stocked. The room was comfortable and roomy. Great fitness center. Plenty of close parking, and it was well-lit. Love the complimentary cookies at front desk! We also greatly appreciated being permitted to check in when we showed up 2 hours early.

On the second morning, there was no water in the fitness center’s dispenser - my only complaint for the whole two-day stay. The air in the room was also pretty humid, but that’s how it was outside, so there is only so much AC can do.

Highly recommend this site. Everything was so clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location for all I wanted to see and do.

One of the desk individuals was on her phone. I stood at the counter maybe 2 feet away from her for at least five minutes and she did not acknowledge my presence. Did not look up, say I'll be with you in a moment, nothing. Finally I walked away.

Amazing accomodations. Very clean and welcoming. Staff was amazing and check in/out was seamless and easy. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and perfect.

The only downside to this location is the parking. There is minimal and the spaces themselves are small. Many people double park, making the already tight area tougher. The smaller than usual parking lot is also shared with a neighboring hotel.
