This was a very quiet room. We slept well. We appreciated the cleanliness immensely! Breakfast offered several choices. Different options were offered each day. Much better than some continental breakfasts I’ve had at other hotels. I reviewed it on my YouTube channel, Camper Vintage x2 We were in Charlottesville for medical appointments but in our free time we visited Monticello. Great tour and history lesson.

Breakfast is always Frozen Potatoes, Scrambled eggs, Sausage, boiled eggs, waffle, etc that are Commercially made and sold to Hotels across US where they are heated and served. American Hotels do not serve freshly made breakfast made in front of you like in hotels in all other countries outside USA.

You pretty much get the same items for breakfast every day, so if you are staying for multiple days you get fed up with that breakfast.It would be great if the big Hotel chains start the initiative to start giving Freshly prepared breakfast to their guests.

The staff was SO friendly. I genuinely felt welcome. Everything was extremely clean. Even the crevices of grout in the bathroom. The HVAC was excellent too. I didn’t feel completely dry the way I do at many hotels. The pool is lovely and it’s great there is an outside area so you can feel some sun on your skin after swimming. Breakfast was so good and continuously restocked.

The location is great! We enjoyed having shops, eateries, and movie theater in walking distance. The rooms were nicely clean. Overall, it was a very good stay. My husband and I would stay again

I didn't like the fact of paying for your breakfast. When you are paying over $500.00 to stay at a hotel, your breakfast should be included with your stay.

Convenient to great shopping and restaurants, freeway access, and updated rooms in excellent condition, this hotel was a favorite during my ten day road trip. The breakfast menu was wonderful with select fresh cut melon, grapes, pineapple, and whole fruit like apples, bananas, and oranges. A range of cereals both hot and cold, coffees, a variety of milk, several types of tea, coffee and juice, and vanilla yogurt with a selection of toppings like berries and granola, skillet potatoes or tator tots, scrambled and boiled eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, ham, and tortillas with hot sauce options for those who love to make their own breakfast burrito. The room had a shower only, but it was beautifully tiled, no sign of any mildew, the air circulation was clean, comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. I decided to extend my stay and see more of the historic sites.

The parking close to the entry door is set up for electric cars to be charged, and that eliminates a convenient spot for travelers to park. The rain made it a bit of a chore to walk in through the packed parking lot. The hotel was bustling with travelers from universities for sports events, which was fun, but made the parking lot and getting in and out of the one and only door to the hotel, a bit of a challenge.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The bed in the room was also very nice.

OK, my room was on the second floor. I looked out on a roof top of the hotel. I thought anyone can get to the roof and break into my room. The air conditioner was extremely loud when it came on. It sounded like a jet plane taking off. I asked them to see if they could fix it. I think they tried but it was still bad.

The evening staff was unusual. We tried to buy prepackaged drinks to take to our room. After a confusing ABC explanation, they let us buy one to share but it was super pricey! We were also told that coffee was available 24/7 but when we tried to get a plain cup at night, they used the fancy espresso machine and charged us a lot of money. I'm less concerned about being charged for these drinks, but the messages given to us were very confusing every time we asked.

The breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel! Amazing selection of items, and all were made well. Whoever manages it exhibits great attention to detail, including for accessibility: we saw guests on wheelchairs being able to access all the food choices too. Thank you!

The room was spacious and well-equipped. I think the TV just might be the largest I’ve seen in a hotel room. Great location - many good restaurants within walking distance. The quality of the food at the free breakfast was excellent.

There was some noise from a building under construction across the street, but it was just a minor issue.

Spacious, clean room. Good toiletries. Better than usual American hotel breakfast, served out of nice Le Creuset dishes, with plenty of healthy options. Plentiful free parking. Easy check in/out with friendly lobby staff. Had everything I needed for my trip to Charlottesville.
