Staff we’re kind and helpful and the location wasn’t terrible. Breakfast had options like waffles, cereal, eggs (don’t recommend) bacon, yogurt…etc.

Through booking.com we booked a room with two King size beds. Upon arrival we were told we would have a room with two Queen sized beds because this hotel does not have rooms with two king size beds. That was the ONLY reason we booked this hotel on our travels. So that was very frustrating.

Very comfortable and clean. The little deck off the back was nice. Employees were all very nice and helpful. It was reaaly nice to have breakfast in the morning.

We ran out of TP and we had to go down to the front desk to get it. Other than that, which was nbd, we thought it was very nice. A little pricey but there was a home football game so I'm sure it is better off season.

Happy that my room was near the elevator and the ice machine. Kudos to Ms. Watkins!! Very professional and personable.

Traffic getting and out of the location is horrible. Initially, my reservation could not be located. Ms. Watkins was awesome in finding the problem and resolving the issue.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful! Location for UVA is great.

I have never spoken to or been spoken to by a hotel manager as rudely as I was by the manager of this hotel. I tried to amend the reservation but she refused to work with me on that and told me she would just cancel my reservation. I ended up having to keep it and paying for an extra day that I didn't even use due to her unhelpfulness and rudeness. People like this should not be in the hospitality industry and should be able to speak to customers politely and kindly. Will never stay there again on principle. Gave a sour taste to our whole visit.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant and facility very clean. Cold water and other beverage in the lobby well maintained.

The breakfast was fare - some offerings which were supposed to be hot were cold. No fresh fruit, only small oranges in lobby.

Since my son's liver transplant they are my go-to hotel! It's very comfortable, the front desk clerks are kind and helpful and even though the restaurant was closed the breakfast they served was very good!!

Hoping the restaurant will be open next visit!

I booked using bookings.com and paid extra to include breakfast. When I checked in I found free breakfast was included for.everyone. The hotel.was nice enough to charge me $30 less than the.bookings rate, AZ the breakfast was already included

Breakfast was very good. My friend was able to get decaf coffee because the staff made it for her specially. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.

The bathroom door squeaked very loudly every time we opened or closed it. The same with the bath seat. We weren't able to borrow wine glasses from the bar.

The staff was exceptionally helpful

Breakfast. The egg dish was hard and had a hard time cutting it - if you got one that just came out it was okay - but dried out very fast - so I switched to milk and cereal - but the milk was sour

The staff are very friendly. Front desk manager (sorry did not get his name), was very responsive and opened a conference room to let my daughter practice her violin.
