The Red Roof Inn was comfortable, roomy, quiet, had a tub, fridge, microwave, tv, good closet space, coffee maker, free parking and was clean and quiet. Parking was included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was on a deadened street that was lined with motels on both sides plus a convenient gas station. The big, unanticipated bonus was the driveway was directly across the little street from a Chinese restaurant where we received wonderful hospitality and a great meal. The breakfast at the motel was varied, generous, and clean.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and quiet.

Several things need fixing, the shower leaked on the floor, and the fan didn't work. The fridge was not secure and it almost fell out. Plus a hole in the floor caused me to trip a little and I almost fell. There are other small things but they were addressed with the desk person. One rude desk person working Friday morning at 5:00 am told me I couldn't have coffee! Which turned out not true! We may be back again, because for the most part it was good.

Rooms were clean. Staff was wonderful. Location is convenient but still relatively quiet. Definitely exceeded our expectations considering the low price. Was a great value.

Luckily it was just my husband and I so we brought our smaller car. If we were in our larger family vehicle I'm not sure where we would have had to park. Parking lot, at least where we were located was very tight and difficult to maneuver.

Clean room, nice staff, comfortable beds

They tried to charge a room deposit an said they would return it in 10 days. I said no that's not on booking dot com. And she agreed not to charge me. So not bad. The screaming, fighting neighbor's in the next room! The front desk did try to handle the situation. The breakfast was the only "bad" experience choices waffles or muffins. Coffee was too strong for me but some people like that. So overall the staff was very helpful. And room was very nice. I will stay again.

Everything was good, bedroom, so clean, great staff.

Not something about the hotel, but the room next to us had a dog, big one, and they were outside the bedroom so loud. He was talking to the dog, and the dog barking for like 2 hours. It is OK that you are pet friendly, but I think you need to tell people that dogs need to be in their rooms, not outside, especially at night hours. That was from 2am until 4am.

it was so clean, the staff were pleasant and speedy.

I didn’t like the location. the hotel across the parking lot wasn’t as nice and their customers reflected that. also, we came back from the concert we went to, around 9pm and there was music playing and it was noisy. we chose to just get the 10 hour drive over with and not to sleep there because of this. we did lay on the bed it was very comfy and the shower was amazing. I would stay again but just prepare for some noise on the weekend

Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. I liked the "instant" hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet was quite nice; better than I'd expected. Staff members were friendly, and the location was convenient (right off the 29/250 bypass).

I didn't like the soap and shampoo dispensers; would have preferred "old fashioned" individual soaps and a small bottle of shampoo. (In particular, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and the others weren't very "generous".) I had to return to the front desk on the 2nd and 3rd nights of my stay, to get the keys "reauthorized" (but the staff member on duty was pleasant and helpful). The parking spaces seem tighter than average.

The breakfast was good, the staff were amazing and the room was mostly clean. The shower was amazing, water pressure was just right and I did not get burnt from scolding hot water.

I picked up the remote for the t.v and it was disgusting. I know there is still covid and illnesses going around, and am pretty sure it was hiding in that remote. I did clean it off with soap because it was that bad. It made me wonder what else was not cleaned in the room. The door did not close tightly behind me when I walked out and I didn't realize that, so when I went back in I was worried that someone went in without my knowledge.

This motel is close to UVA. The room was clean and everything seemed fresh. There was soap, shampoo, and lotion dispensers in the bathroom area.

Location was a bit sketchy, although you can't make your neighbors maintain their properties. Some of the guests were noisy. Parking was at a premium as the motel seemed full. The continental breakfast was lacking in choice--very limited selection compared to other hotels I've stayed in, but, I didn't expect their to be a great selection with the price I paid for the room. Ya get what ya pay for.

Everyone was respectful and nice.

Loud communication and crazy behavior from other occupants (visitors) on the floor above me one night while I was removing items from my car. A hotel front desk worker came out to address the issue which was later resolved (which was a good thing).
