Jayda at front desk was absolutely wonderful. I was in Cville due to my husband having a trauma accident and was at UVA hospital. I was going day by day. Jayda was wonderful and offered me to stay agin at the lower rate for Family of hospital patients. I was by myself and very stressed but she took great care of me and she was very personable. She even helped out with a loud guest across the hall from me. I had planned to come back and stay a few nights with her but plans changed. Please share this with her so she knows how appreciative I am of her help. I stayed on the night of 9/26. You have a great employee with her and she ain’t afraid to work!!!

Location convenient for visiting UVa and environs. Price was lower than most of the competition, but the hotel quality overall was quite good. Breakfast did include some hot items (waffles, chicken biscuit), coffee, juice etc. and was generally better than other hotels in similar price range in Charlottesville we have visited.

Turning left/north onto Route 29 was difficult, but you can avoid this by going onto the 250 bypass and crossing over.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. They had a really good spread. They also allowed us to have a delayed check out by one hour which was greatly appreciated. Overall we would happily return. Great value for price.

The only con we have to say about this property is that our room had that AC mildew smell to it.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had no complaints.

The only thing I didn't like was that at 100 am Sunday morning, we were awakened by a very loud guest. We didn't know what was going on but I went down and reported this to the night staff. It was handled quickly. This was not the hotel's fault and I know that.

So very clean. Our room was spotless. Staff at front desk was friendly.

Breakfast was bad. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast first morning there was no coffee ready. Eggs are powdered or rehydrated. Sausage was microwaved. Second morning they were out of creamer. When I got there at 8:00am Sunday another guest stated I hope you not hungry because that is all the eggs left. There was not even enough for another guest. I told thanks but they were so bad I would just have a bagel. If you go bagels, waffles or cereal would be your best bet. I will say that a clean room and friendly staff trump the breakfast, but a good breakfast would have made it a 10 all they say.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Able to hang out in the first floor lobby after checkout, which was convenient when trying to meet up with our UVa student in the afternoon. Price is good for the quality of the room. Had better breakfast options than similar price hotels nearby.

Waffle batter seemed too thin, maybe had run out of flour.

Recently renovated large room and soooo clean. The bathroom was gleaming. Great bed and linens…all white as snow! Fairly decent motel-style breakfast, hot and cold choices. Location set back from traffic, behind fast food place was not a problem to find. Plenty of safe parking. Pleasant staff. Altogether a nice surprise at a decent price when many more central accommodations are ridiculously over-priced.

What a wonderful hotel for an overnight stay after doctors visit at UVA Medical center. I read lots of reviews talking about how positive their stay was and I wholeheartedly agree. The young girl who checked us in Friday July 5th at 3:30 was absolutely wonderful I'm so sorry I didn't get her name I would recommend this hotel for anybody that is going to Charlottesville

Nothing at all

Clean room with comfortable beds and reliable WiFi. The staff were pleasant and professional. The location is a quick drive to UVA and downtown Charlottesville, although not really walkable.

Our only issue was the lack of some breakfast items. We were told the first day the truck hadn't arrived and we saw it come later in the day, but the second day's breakfast was also scanty.

The breakfast was fine, not extraordinary; food sometimes was depleted, but there was adequate selection. For the university graduation weekend, snacks were placed in the lobby and replenished occasionally. The room was comfortable.

Price was very high as a result of the university graduation weekend. Eggs at breakfast should be labeled to indicate if there was meat and what kind.
