The hotel was clean and fresh feeling. The beds were comfortable.

The water pressure in the showers was very low. The eggs at breakfast were bad, and the oatmeal was cold. We added one night for one of our rooms and the staff couldn’t figure out how to make it work. We called ahead of time and they said they would take care of it and merge the reservations. When we got there they had not merged the reservations and they tried again for 10 minutes. They finally asked us to come back the next morning to check out and back in. We did that, and they still had trouble. When we returned to the hotel later that day, we had to go back to the front desk to get new room keys.

I love this hotel it is a home away from home. I initially stayed at this hotel on my way out due to it's close proximity to the airport. Marsha was awesome her customer service was amazing & beyond reproach. At that late hour explained that we would be checking in the early morning. She was so friendly, approachable & accommodating. The hot breakfast was the cherry on top. On this visit because of how amazing she was we made the decision to stay at this hotel the entire leg of our trip where we found that all of their staff could be just as accommodating as Marsha & of course it warmed my heart to see her later that night. We will not hesitate to stay at this establishment & I truly recommend that anyone looking for a great hotel not hesitate to book this establishment. Our visits so close in proximity were due to the loss of two family members a little shy of 6 weeks apart.

The hotel was quite new and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and was presented very well. Better coffee would be appreciated, both in the room and in the lobby. The staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

Had indicated through Booking.com that I would like a room a bit removed (perhaps three or four doors away) from any ice and/or vending machines. Ended up in a room right across the hallway from the ice machine! Luckily, there did not seem to be much activity at the ice machine during the night, and/or the room door was thick enough to block out any related noise. My partner found the bathtub surface a bit slippery when taking a shower, though I did not experience the same issue. Also, the property was a bit further removed from downtown Charlottesville than I preferred, but I knew that when I made the booking. So much of the area around the property has been built up that it did not seem isolated.

Best stay in a hotel in a long time! Everything was just as we wanted. Very nice staff (Wanda is amazing!), clean facilities, free breakfast was quite tasty (great coffee and I'm picky!), staff answered all questions and needs, just a very, very satisfying stay! Would definitely recommend! I don't complain often, but I notice issues. The only issues I found were incredibly minor; everything else was great to excellent! Will definitely return! AND it's right next to a Target for any last minute needs!

So very minor - the gym light is motion activated and would turn off if you weren't in the activation area for too long, and the gym needed wipes. Literally, that is it!

I did enjoy the room and the bed was nice and comfortable….and also the room was nice and warm which I appreciate because I’m cold blooded person.

The breakfast was ok…I saw reviews saying that it was a good breakfast but it was ok. I was looking forward to some potatoes and maybe some bacon, but they did have eggs but the sausage sorry dry , the waffles too which I did have was good. I was looking forward to other items that I was thinking they were gonna have, maybe but I do appreciate what I was able to get as well as the coffee😊

It was very clean beds were super comfortable the breakfast lounge...area..was great

I called to adjust my check in time and was interrupted by a rude staff member then hung up on when I mentioned it at 2 when I came in it was kind of brushed off with a yea we've told him about being rude before..I drove 640 miles from fort campbell ky for holiday and had to sleep in my car till around 2 to check in i was extremely disappointed with how rude he was and how it wasn't addressed directly

The hotel was nice. The rooms were perfect. The staff was very good and the breakfast was good as well.

I didn’t like the fact that our AC wall unit was making a rattling sound, and when I told the front desk about it, they sent a technician to the wrong room. Then when I called back, they said the technician had left for the day, and all they can do is switch me to another room which would’ve been good but at that time I did not want to move all of my stuff so we just stayed there

The staff were beyond reproach, their friendliness the efforts to assure that we were taken care of hours before we arrived. The young lady on night shift was able to contact us & headed off a situation with the booking problem. Their breakfast the quietness the location we could not ask for more. I highly recommend this establishment especially if you are traveling with family it's service will speak for itself.

There was not one issue with this hotel. It's highly recommended.

Your beds where comfortable and your staff friendly

I booked my stay on booking and was going to pay at the property . I needed to cut short my stay by one day and I didn’t think it was a big deal but it was. I had to call booking to reset my reservation and was told I was going to be charged the original purchase and get a refund when I check out. I just recieved an email from my credit card and the refund has sent but it’s the wrong amount it wasn’t what I was told and it was too low

It was clean and pretty nice and comfortable atmosphere. Staff were outstanding small little exercise room laundry facility was clean. They do serve breakfast but we did not go.

The only thing we didn’t like was the curtains were see through so It felt like people could look into the room and watch you. So privacy was a big issue and yes you could see out and kind see in through out the day just not all the way and night time you could pretty much see into the rooms.
