The hotel was nice, clean and room was comfortable.

The hostess at the front desk during check-in was not exactly a pleasant person. She also had what seemed a bad cold and kept coughing without even trying to cover her mouth or turn away. I'm not quite sure what the deal was with breakfast. I was expecting to have it included with the room , I didn't notice that certain rooms came with it and certain rooms without it. I thought the price of $20 per person for breakfast was absolutely ridiculous so I ate elsewhere. I honestly have never experienced that in another hotel.

Cleanliness of room. Breakfast was good. A female front desk clerk was friendly and so was a housekeeper.

The staff could improve on facial expressions and voice tone, but they did okay. There were a few voices in the hallway outside my room on May 2 or 3 2025 after 1 a.m.

We dumped our belongings and went out without checking the room. When we returned we realized that most of the carpet was soaking wet. We were quickly accommodated and our room was changed and upgraded by pleasant staff.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was polite. Power curtains in room did not function and the restaurant was having problems such as no bread, no waffles, one couple left as there was no warm coffee. To be fair it was graduation time in Charlottesville and hard to find help. The chef was handling cooking and waiting on tables. Also, the roll in shower head was not functioning properly and curtain allowed too much water on the tile floor. Also, brighter lights and light locations are needed for reading.

check-in was easy, convenient location, staff was friendly, room was clean

the room was a little small for two people - we had the double queen bed. we managed, but it was a little on the small side. not a big deal, but it wouldn't work for more than two people

We got there really early in the morning and Noah was able to get us checked in early. Thank you for the great room and the staff was outstanding. Thank you for making our 🐶 feel welcomed. we will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This is an amazing hotel! We stayed here and had a full breakfast next morning that was included with our stay!staff is amazing and our room was beautiful and big! It had a king size bed and a sofa bed!for $126 for a Saturday night so worth it!! We will be back!!

First time booking with this location, and wow did they exceed my expectations. Clean location, clean rooms but what really exceeded my expectations was how they cool they were with me being able to pray in the conference room. For sure really loved that and too top it off, a nice gentleman took the time to call me after I had returned the room. Letting me know on how I had forgotten my prayer mat. For sure will be booking with this location again . Thank you

Snowed over my 2 day stay. Parking area cleaned very quickly and well. Bed was a little too firm to my taste but satisfactory. All facilities appeared very clean and the breakfasts in the mornings were very good with fast service.

This is a nicely redesigned hotel, the room was very comfortable and stylish. I really liked the bright bathroom with a huge counter space. The sofa and ottoman and rolling work table were a really smart touch. Breakfast was decent - it was nice to have something made to order instead of buffet.

Location near the highway meant there was some traffic noise on the south side of the building, even on the 4th floor.
