Complementary breakfast was more than expected. Bed was comfortable, room was clean

Traveled with a 9 month old, location of hotel looked like a nice area but there must of been a major highway beyond the trees, if we didn’t keep the fan on constantly in the heat/air unit we would have not slept. Tractor trailer noise could be heard constantly and disturbed the baby when the fan was not on until we realized the option was there. Also elevator was out of order, couldn’t find another one and had to use stairs on top floor with leaving. Had our own pac n play plus bags to carry down 3 floors of steps.

Room was updated and comfortable. Able to adjust temperature in room. Blinds are remote controlled. Breakfast was substantial - sausage, eggs,biscuits and gravy, waffles along with fruit and yogurt. The front desk representative was very friendly, as well.

When turning on bathroom faucet, it would stick a little and then hit the mirror with force. Afraid I was going to break the mirror. Everything else worked perfectly and was well maintained.

This hotel is in a great location. Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffer offers a good variety of breakfast items. And staff replenishes items as needed. Overall, a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

The room was clean and the reservation desk staff were very polite and professional. Breakfast was ok for complimentary.

The pool area was so uninviting. There were no lounge chairs. The only chairs they had sat high and upright. No umbrellas or sun cover. Pool had some oil substance floating on the top of the water. It was a bummer because it was so hot while we were there.

The place was clean, and the room was good.

We picked this place for three days because they had a pool Find out the pool was not open because it needed a part. It would be nice to give us a discount rate because it is part of their amenities.

The staff was amazing! We were able to check in early to get ready for festivities before a wedding. The beds were super comfortable! A special shout out to the young lady that works the day shift at the desk. She was a breath of fresh air compared to most service these days.

Clean rooms and breakfast quarters. Excellent and friendly staff, especially the front desk staff. Location was very quiet at night. Great variety of breakfast options-food was excellent! Extra special kudos to Denise at front desk!!

Had to step into shower to turn it on. That first blast of cold water was bracing!

The staff was simply outstanding. My sister and I received a friendly welcome as soon as we entered the hotel and were briefed on all the amenities. When we couldn't get the TV in our room to work, a staffer came right away and re-set it and there were no additional issues. This hotel serves a "real" breakfast. No "continental" or microwave stuff. It's hot buffet-style with eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, bagels, muffins, etc. I'm a senior citizen and this was one of my most pleasant hotel stays ever. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was a small buffet, but had plenty to choose from for everyone, including waffles for all the waffle lovers out there! The location seems to be in a very good area and was close to our destination. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be staying at Holiday Inn Express in Warrenton on our return trip in a couple of months.

They were very nice and accommodating to our requests.

Breakfast was okay. I wish there was real oatmeal and condiments for a healthy option. I’m not a fan of instant oatmeal.
