Wasn't happy to see pets in hotel

Tater tots and sausage patties was a very welcome surprise. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Beds were clean and free of bugs, though there was a couple very obvious stains on the covers and hallway. The shower was unique and felt premium, especially enjoyed the use of full size shampoo and how it was fixed to the wall. The lobby was beautiful. It was also a pleasant surprise to see appliances such as the microwave and fridge. As well plenty of surface provided to keep our belongings off the floor, with a baggage platform in the closet if more space was needed.

Washer and dryer require quarters. Took a trip here from afar to visit the local concert venue. Returned past midnight in rain soaked clothes, with no way to dry them. I walked to the dryer from my room without pants but would not dare do that to the lobby. The washer/dryer actually has verbage that suggests using a card but the model present doesn't seem to have the ability. I would have expected a $200 one night stay to not be fickle over a 25¢ dry. The lack of a bathmat, and railing to hang towels gave us pause. Easily solved but felt like a burden to the maids dirtying a towel just for the feet. Also the shower welcomes long stay, however there is no ceiling vent. The mirror is most certainly to be foggy.

Very clean and I love that they had a night light in the bathroom so when I woke up in the middle of the night I could see and didn't have to disturb my husband with the bright light. I loved that they provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and not the cheap stuff that has you itching afterwards.

I requested a handicap room for the shower due to trouble balancing and needing to sit in between to avoid falling. I wish they would have provided more towels because there is no guard on the floor, and the bathroom was absolutely wet with big puddles after my husband and I showered.

Location was excellent for our needs. The continental breakfast was as expected.

At the pre check in I requested that we get clean towels daily! At the time of check in I requested the same! Unfortunately, we still had to ask for clean towels! The hotel has laundry facilities which we had to use - we need quarters for the machine and the front desk was unable to give us the necessary change. We were told to try the seven eleven across the street! One would think that if the hotel has laundry facilities they would have extra change available for their guests or a change machine!

I like everything about the property. It was very clean. I had everything that I needed and people are always there at the front desk to have any time that we needed help I really like standing there and we’re looking forward to stay there again.

What’s not to like about it the hotel is very nice. You get parking lot easily and then a lot of attention. And you get free breakfast. Which is very good. Like there’s nothing left to like about it. It’s very nice. It’s a very good hotel. I really enjoy staying there. The staff’s are amazing.

The lobby was very clean and bright, doubling as the dining room. The eating area was well-spaced with plenty of room and tables. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower area had several safety bars, and hot water was plentiful and immediate. The breakfast was better than many hotels, with several hot-food options.

Some sort of "Call Waiting" utility is needed. I called 7 times in one hour for clarification of directions, and the phone was busy every time.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and always available! The lobby was lovely, clean, and very comfortable to have guests/friends come and spend time. The location was great too! The room itself was incredibly spacious, and super clean!

The gym is not really a gym - it has super limited equipment. The breakfast range was limited! The fridge in my room was not working.

breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. the snack bar was well-stocked. getting a room on the ground floor made it easier to take our pet out when needed, and we didn't feel like the only ones with a pet.

could not get fresh towels on the weekend, we did not ask for room service until we needed them, and it happened to be on the weekend.

Our room was not cleaned, had to ask daily for clean towels and wash cloth’s The shower head had very little pressure, water came out very slow Signs in hotel state that quiet time is 10pm - 7am - however the first night we were there, some type of very noisy party was going on till 11pm!!

Breakfast had a nice selection. The location was where close to where we were staying visiting. I love the dove products in the bathroom.

Three buses of middle school kids who were staying at the hotel and they were very loud that night with chaperoning not being very effective
