Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, there was a coffee maker and a fridge. They also accepted my dog ​​for a $50 fee. For me, the fact that they accept my dog ​​is great. Breakfast was included and very good. The employees were very attentive and friendly.

The TV would not turn on and although the front desk employee tried to help me, he did not have new batteries to replace them. He gave me another universal remote, but it still did not turn on the TV. This was the only thing I did not like. Everything else was excellent.

it was an excellent experience except when the cleaning staff banged on my room door around 9 am, when check out was at 11 am. Now I did forget to put on my door the do not disrupted signs on the door however I think they should check with the desk on checkouts before knocking on people doors before checkout

I think there was music playing in the banquet room Was able to hear bass but it ended early enough Just was really tired and went to bed early Also only had 1 small bar of soap and shampoo and conditioner for one person instead of 2 but we made due. Im sure we could have called down for more .

Breakfast afforded many options. Kitchen staff was nice and helpful. My room was large and clean. Lobby is spacious and clean, and nothing smelled like cigarette smoke (always a plus).

My God! The curtains couldn't be closed!! It made me very uncomfortable! I moved the floor lamp and draped a strip of cloth from the bed over it to provide some little screening. Oh, yes, also the toilet paper isn't of nice quality.

The room is very specious and clean. it has enough parking and the breakfast is decent.

Yesterday's night there was an event celebrated in the hotel. The music was loud and finish around 12 AM. The rooms don't have noise insulation and can hear the music. Anyway; it was not for ruin the night

Your king suite can be a bite more privaate for your costomers with kids

I needed more privatey for me and husband in your king suite like a private door to be more frank about it this the only things and to have a small carpet or rug in the bathroom for when you come out of the shower you dont slip and fall inside of the bathroom hurting yourself

The hotel was very convenient to where we wanted to be. It was comfortable.

Our TV was broken, couldn't be fixed. They offered to give us another room but we liked our location and didn't want the hassle of packing up and moving. We were given money off the bill.

The hot tub was hot and the pool was clean and refreshing. The room was spacious and tastefully appointed but the beds were too soft an# not supportive. The self serve breakfast was clean and well stocked. Very nice overall.

The mattresses were worn and had little back support. The pool didn't seem to be heated.

Rooms are spacious; location is close to the highway but still in a quiet neighborhood.

The smell from the exhaust coming from the ice machine on the common area close to the elevator is “suffocating”.
