Was in close proximity to our evening entertainment choices.

We had reserved 3 rooms. None of us were told we had breakfast included when we checked in. The next morning, we were all today we had to purchase breakfast. I made these reservations a while back but thought it did include breakfast. When I went to the desk to inquire, it was like... sure. It felt like they purposefully didn't tell us/remind us if we didn't know it already. Just felt very dishonest. Every other hotel I've ever used tells you this at check-in. Two of our traveling partners had already paid before I determined we had breakfast included. They would not refund us. This was very poor customer service!!!

Very clean and staff was always making sure it remained that way. Outside the surrounding area was also neat and clean. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and equipped with the necessities. Saw no crumbling tile, unclean caulk. Tub was not dingy. Very clean. Pillows were of varying degrees of firmness, thankfully

I’ve stayed here several times due to friendly staff, comfy beds, and the location. I also liked that check out time was 12:00pm, as i got back late from a work event.

The next morning I noticed two ants crawling on top of the covers and few hairs were noticed on the side of bed near headboard (I did show desk staff member before Leaving via cellphone clip). This was the first time I had any issues, but definitely plan to stay again. Overall nice hotel!

Very outdated, the room smelled stale (like mildewy). They need to upgrade some of their things in the rooms (TV, air conditioning), and I wish all hotels were mandated to enclose the entire mattress to protect against bed bugs - just puts me at ease

The front desk staff was very friendly to me and my guests. My card to my room was messed up and they helped fix it immediately without worry even though it was later in the night! Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to D.C or NOVA area. It’s about 15-20 from Vienna metro station which makes going into D.C even easier

We had stayed here last time we flew back to the US at Dulles Airport. The beds were so comfortable, we decided to do it again and got a great night's rest after a long journey. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We first checked into a room that smelled significantly damp, but it was no problem to move to another one and got breakfast comped for our trouble. The food here is actually restaurant quality, but not included in the price of the room.

Very clean, Staff courtesy excellent. Overall well maintained building and inside. Rooms maintained very well. Comfortable.

More outside parking lot night lighting needed for security and relative safety. Did not have continental breakfast option when I was there.

Spacious rooms and clean. Shower was hot with great pressure.

Unfortunately our room was facing the street so the morning traffic was a bit loud but nothing terrible. I probably could have drowned it out with the ac unit.

As good as most other holiday inns. The place looks a bit dated, but everywhere is clean. The room is super spacious, almost unnecessary spacious!

The room has many lights, just all dim ambient light. I never understand why hotels keep their rooms dim

We had been on flights all day and needed a place to stay near Dulles. I'm so glad we picked this one. Not an exaggeration, this is the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. We felt so well-rested in the morning. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The provided toiletries kept us from digging everything back out of our luggage. We paid extra for breakfast downstairs, but honestly it was just as good a meal as we could have gotten in a restaurant so it was definitely worth it. All in all, this was the perfect spot to recharge our batteries after a long journey.
