We booked a room for a concert at jiffylub an it was perfect we couldn't have asked for better this will be our number 1 place to go from here on out. Everyone was super nice. Very clean room. Plenty of towels. They even had decent dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pumps. Tons of towels. Fridge, stove top microwave. We loved everything. Check out wasn't until 1230 an of course you need that extra sleep after all the drinking lol.

I like the amenities that Candlewood Suites have added to make the stay memorable and comfortable, such as the kitchen and laundry service. I was able to cook some wheat porridge 😋 at night because of the kitchen facility and purchase a frozen meal from the lobby area for preparation as a dinner 🍽 meal. Thank you for such an excellent service.

What didn't I like? I can't think of any deficiency associated with the hotel as a result of my short say. As far as I know, nothing untoward was noticed. Maybe, in the future, I may save enough money to have a lengthy stay to deliberately find out dirt with the hotel. But until that scenario is established, I don't think I'm capable of making up something unethical about this hotel.

Great location. Large room with full kitchen, minus an oven but great for an extended work stay.

There are many workers staying in the hotel. The red clay that they track in from their work site was unbelievable...the staff could not keep up with it. They should make a policy that they can not wear those boots inside...they are too messy. They will ruin the carpets in the hall.

I loved the space in the suite. And how clean the entire hotel felt. It is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in especially for the price. The customer service desk was amazing and super kind and sweet. Especially the kind gentleman that worked the night shift the night before our stay and the night of our first stay. He was super helpful.

Property is very clean, beautiful exterior. Room was gray smelling in addition to recently renovated and new. Super compfy bed and new linens. It is quiet. All front desk staff, more particular front desk afternoon Mngmt. Jessica and Clerks are well versed in Customer Service with a drive to please guests and all show genuine concern for your experience during your stay.

I enjoy the space. The staff is so sweet. Very efficient and answers the phone very quickly. They don’t have breakfast, but it’s not the worst. It’s close to a gas station, and some food places and the highway. Everyone is nice, and the room was clean.

Fantastic staff and spacious, well-stocked room. Wonderful coffee machine (grinds the beans for each cup) accessible 24 hours a day. Comfortable bed.

The couch was clearly worn and needed some cleaning.

Perfect location and they were able to meet my request for a handicap accessible room on the 1st floor

I didn’t appreciate the housekeeping staff waking us up for service on the day we were to check out.

I’ve stayed there multiple times and it’s been really great. Since the last time the hotel has been renovated and is beautiful! Bedding was very nice and love the choice of 2 different pillows! I will say the one con is that you got rid of the table and chairs. With the kitchen there is now no place to sit down and eat!

Out of your control but the hotel seems to have a lot of construction vehicles staying there and they take up 2 and 3 spaces and in the early morning (3:45) I was awakened by Beep beep beep! Also Ballsford Road has been under construction for months. Not you fault!

Large refrigerator and nice mini kitchen. Everything you needed.

Bed too small and because it is extended living, only clean once a week so if you are only there for a couple days, your room is not going to be cleaned but you can exchange towels.
