Clean room. Welcoming staff. I loved that there was a snack area for people to purchase items. AMAZING continental breakfast- way better than I expected based on other hotels I’ve been to. The lady serving breakfast on September 7th was such a sweet person too. She had a bright, beautiful smile and she asked how we slept. Great area for the hotel because there was so much stuff to do within walking distance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

I truly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

I still struggle with the buffet breakfast. I don’t enjoy it. I think it’s full of not many healthy choices. I understand the concept of not wanting to raise costs by staffing but it really lacks. I also think that the tv in the common area should be tuned to program that is not politically aligned.

This was our second time staying at the Hampton Inn Gainesville. The staff was always courteous, polite, and helpful and our room was always clean. There was always fresh coffee available at night and especially during the daytime and the facility was quiet.

Very clean, newer hotel. Our room with a king and walk-in shower was very spacious.The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was surprised a hotel was built in close proximity to the train tracks. The train noise was muffled enough that it didn't wake me, but I imagine it might be for some guests who are light sleepers.

The location, the facility was clean, very convenient location. Beds were so comfortable. Will always return to this hotel when going to the jiffy lube arena! Thanks again

The ONLY downfall I can think of it I couldn’t get the room cool enough.. no matter how much I turned the temp down the room was still rather warm, but wasn’t unbearable.

Hotel sits at the top of a shopping center, very easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores, hotel is clean and well maintained, passes my check over’s whenever I’ve stayed here

The hotel sits IMMEDIATELY next to an active railroad on ground level, and the higher levels sit immediately next to the highway! Noise levels can be high with sudden horns or the train through the night

I was very pleasantly surprised by this facility, which appeared to be recently remodeled. Rooms were immaculate, beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was fresh with a variety of hot and cold options, and staff members were professional and pleasant. This was a Hilton disguised as a Hampton Inn.

The only downside of our stay was being awakened by a passing train, which occurred late at night and in the very early morning hours. I would have appreciated the front desk preparing us for the noise.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was alot going on with renovations, but it didn't stop them with keeping everyone comfortable

It was a very pleasant stay. Nice staff (just one slightly grumpy woman who couldn't be bothered to check for more breakfast tea) and a very pleasing environment. Breakfast good too.......despite the plastic plates and cutlery!

We chose this hotel since it was close to the concert venue we were attending. We were pleasantly surprised that it was also located in a lovely shopping and restaurant area! The staff at the hotel was super friendly! The hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved that checkout was at noon and not earlier. Choices of coffee in our room or in the lobby made it easy to grab a cup before we headed home. Loved our overnight!

I was hoping to grab some breakfast before we left but it ended at 10. I know that seems late, but we slept in after a late-night concert.
