It was a good location and good value for the money. The room had a strange order to it and the sofa was dirty. The staff were not UNfriendly, but most of them weren’t particularly friendly. Like when we came back at after an outing staff didn’t say hi, they just ignored us.

The odor in the room and the extremely loud fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was not very appetizing looking: eggs were dried out and the meat looked burnt.

Easy to get to. Rooms were spacious & clean. Beds were comfortable

When we went to breakfast at 9, there was only a scoop full of eggs left. I realize it opened at 6 but we are on vacation and didn't want to get up super early just to eat. We ended up having to stop to buy food. The breakfast was 1 of the reasons I chose this hotel over another, so I could save a little money & not have to spend more money than needed.

Enough towels, iron and board temperature was set correctly not too warm or cool Television work after pressing button once toilet flushed everytime, very helpful when checking-in out with professionalism.

Breakfast having no bacon and grits instead of white creamy stuff without biscuits no milk for cereal, fresh toast cereal in small personl boxes, scrambled eggs no over easy they don't taste the same, that's for starters, Thanks!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I am disabled and the laundry facilities are now on the 2nd floor. Tiffany took my laundry and washed it. I needed another day and had no money. Tiffany used her points to get my room for another night because it was raining and I had no place to go.

Clean Lobby less check-in time, key working properly, Temp in room set to a good setting bathroom towels enough for 1 night stay.

A longer tub bathmat and/or sink mat eliminate blue print on toilet paper, attempt to clean carpet edging starting from door to room away around, table leg rust it's a in comfortable feeling , overhead showerhead brown and blue in color refuse to use.

Arrived in town for grandson's wedding. We we allowed to check in early and check out late. We will always be grateful to Durrell at the front desk for his help! Thank you Durrell!! The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choices.

The mats in the bathtub are very clean,but very slippery.

Nothing regarding the Hotel facilities .. Just one problem hope the hotel check it and solve the problem, as my Master card charged twice for the same days I stayed in the hotel .. hope to reserve the transaction as soon as possible after checking ...

the breakfast was unbelievable. had everything. the room was comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic. would definately stay there again.

the fan in the bathroom was noisy when it worked at all. had tile floor but it was clean.

The location was centrally located. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The facilities were very clean and family friendly. Breakfast was hot, fresh and very good.

A pool would have been really nice. Not a requirement but a nice to have is all.

Friendly staff and communicated amenities well, breakfast on the better side of most hotels! Great coffee available!! Bed was phenomenal and slept well!!!
