Staff was great.

Extremely disappointed with Booking.com. I booked two rooms — one for 2 adults and the other specifically for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived, the hotel informed us they do not even have rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Why does Booking.com allow bookings that the hotel can’t actually fulfill? This caused major inconvenience for my family, and it’s unacceptable. If you're booking with kids, double-check everything — this platform clearly doesn't verify room capacities properly.

The staff were all very friendly. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The breakfast was good and varied and the two evening meals we had were very good. The battlefield and visitors centre were five minutes away. It’s easy to get to the metro for Washington DC. See photos

The free Wi-Fi was rubbish, very hit and miss and in this day and age you need the wifi

two pools! nice people in the hotel, great breakfast comfortable beds, theres a bar i never went to, and yiu can vuy snacks and drinks at the front desk. everyday room service! hard working people, appreciate it!!

there were a few ants in my room, i wasn‘t bothered that much tho. it could be a little cleaner on the edge of the beds and on the blindspots in general. but besides that it was great I don‘t ask for much.

Everything was wonderful! Our room was clean, and everything was in working order. The continental breakfast was filling and there was a variety. Our hotel is in a good location to shops, restaurants, and very close to the battlefield ( which is what we were there for)! The pools were very refreshing and the staff was always helpful and accommodating! We were glad to stay & would be happy to again!

Easy on/off highway, reasonable price, well-appointed facilities (pool, exercise room), great hot breakfast, friendly staff, clean room with easy to control temp etc. Ample, free parking. Quick drive from IAD.

We showed up right after a canceled plane of folx arrived for airline provided rooms. Despite amazing staff service, we waited for over 80 min to be checked in (not the staff fault) even though it was already 3:00AM.

Nice and clean with nice room and quiet.

The women in the cafeteria is in charge of everything and doesnt let people do things themself for themselves example i was trying to take some food and she was just there standing and she tried telling me ,which was nice but i didnt need it and shes jhst on top of everything, & watching to see what thry are doing and i felt uncomfortable. then I was trying to take some breakfast for my kids in the hotel, the lady told me that if I was to take the food into the room that in the front desk, they would charge me .

The bed was the most comfortable that I've experienced at a hotel so far.

The carpet in the hallways seriously needs to be updated to something more cheerful and does not look like its water stained.

Clean and accommodating

The cleaning , which was appreciated, chemicals were incredibly strong. Dinning room and long hallway saturated with the chemicals making hard to breathe and gave us headaches

The room was nice. Parking was horrible upon arrival due to what appeared to be a huge Muslim prayer/mosque type situation going on in the banquets facility of the hotel.

Room was nice and clean. All Staff were super nice and helpful.
