Easy to park. Well lit area around hotel. Well appointed.

No elevator!!!!! I’m handicapped and stairs are a serious problem for me. My brother had to almost carry me. In order to protect me from falling we had to leave bags and belongings in lobby! Should be accessible especially where the hotel says it is.

The location was perfect!

The door to our room was incredibly thin so you could hear everyone talking in the hallway and there was a gap of light shining underneath. Also it seemed housekeeping kept trying to open our door even though we had the sleeping sign on the knob. Breakfast wasn’t what was advertised we came down to only coffee and orange juice available.

The upgraded facilities at this hotel are nothing short of extraordinary. Every corner of the hotel exudes elegance and sophistication, from the meticulously adorned common areas to the refined dining spaces. When I booked on line it showed one1 king bed and no smoking room for $70.00, when I confirmed the stay it was a smoking room. To get a no smoking room I now had to pay $78.66 even though the original booking was at a lower price for no smoking room. So I paid $8.66 extra. You owe me $8.66.

I enjoyed that the property is right by the freeway which made it easier to get to my overall destination.

I did not like that there was a lack of light in the room, as most of the light is meant to be derived from natural lighting or the single lamp in the room. An additional overhead light would have been beneficial when natural lighting was not available.

The trash cans outside the building were over filling and the trash can in the entry way to the building where my room was located was full as well, seemed as though they had not been changed in a couple of days.

Next to motorway so easy to get for one night stay to carry on to Washington.

Room was not refubrished for a while and breakfast included in price was poor.

Location was a plus. The price in comparison was a win. Reception staff were very helpful.

This property has no elevator. Luggage was a challenge.

Everything was clean and presentable. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The price was reasonable.

Lighting can be improved by using white lights. Iron and iron board can be added to the room. Luckily, I had my own when I traveled for that reason. More outlets need to be available.

the stay was perfect. the young lady at the front desk helped me book a room online i believe her name was kenzi. she’s very helpful and hand an amazing attitude. breakfast was good it’s just a light one including juice and coffee. room was amazing very comfortable.
