I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to local attractions and easy to access. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for quality and comfort during their travels!

Close to restaurants and shops, also close to the highway, but not noisey, and the breakfast was good.

The indoor pool was very cold, which isn't very comfortable for mid-December. Also, my room was paid for upfront, and during booking there was no mention of an additional $50 damage fee they charged when I arrived, that they said I would get back a few days after my stay if there were no damages. That should up front be mentioned, or charged in the price of the room and then that amount refunded if applicable. I budget down to the last penny when I travel, and was lucky to have the extra at check in.

The breakfast setup is perfect. All you want for a morning meal and kids friendly. Please get a waffle maker for those who them. The staff is helpful and keep the area real clean as folks leave the tables. The manager Mary and the office administrators are very friendly, people persons, helpful.

You already have orange juice, so don't need oranges. Please go back to having bananas. You need to update the toilets too short, get the next height please. Seniors can not get up off the small ones you have now. Bad on the legs and the back. I have to grab on the door to get up, thank goodness for the door. You need more lights over the parking lot by the woods.

Brealfast was excellent! Good selection & very tasty. We did wish coffee was available longer in the am because we needed a cup when leaving to drive back home (NC). We were a little uncomfortable staying in Manassas but security seemed good.

Bathroom door handle should be replaced. It was very worn & did not look updated. The carpet on the mobile suitcase cart was stained, so I put paper towels onto of marks so my suitcases would not be on top of that area.

We used this hotel in Manassas as a central base to go to the Skyline Drive, Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum, National Museum of the Marine Corps and the Great Falls Park. For this it was a great location.

The LG TV in our room had a generic Brightstar remote so that we could not view a TV Guide to see what was on each channel at a particular time. This meant constantly scrolling through the channels - (and watching many, many adverts which seem to dominate the US channels) - before we could determine what was actually on the channel and whether it was worth watching. I did speak to the reception staff but there was not anything they could do then. They did mention they might be changing their TV service provider in the future but whether this will resolve this issue was unclear to me. We also stayed in Washington DC just prior to going to Manassas and the LG TV in our room had an LG remote and we could instantly see what was on each channel.

Based on previous stay in Gibson booked this hotel. And it did not disappoint. Stayed 2 nights here before flying out from Dulles airport, which is only 20 minutes away via the express way. Booked a suited so we had plenty of space to pack our suitcases. Many shops are close by. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast is the same standard for all holiday inn expresses. Plenty of choices hot and cold.

The only thing I keep forgetting is to provide my ihg loyalty nr.

Loved Everything! Very clean. Impressed with bathroom cleanliness. Enjoyed the breakfast. Friendly staff. Beds were super comfortable. There was a sign in bathroom that toiletries can be provided free of charge if you just call the front desk. It came in handy because my husband had forgotten a razor and shaving cream so I called & they brought it to the room surprisingly quick.

Nothing that I didn’t like about the property itself, but a printed tv channel list would have come in handy. Im used to hotel rooms having this and a few brochures with numbers for carryout or delivery. I don’t know if they forgot to place ours or they just don’t provide this.

Breakfast was free and delicious, best thing about waking up. Hot tub was amazing. Hotel was like pictures and so many convenient places around. Drive less than 20 minutes to a metro and depending on your driving skills and traffic could get to dc in less than an hour. If you just want to hang around manassas, it great because so many stores and restaurants down the street.

I loved everything

The location was central to what we did. Many restaurants in the area. The breakfast was good. They seemed to alternate breakfast meats, omelettes vs. Scrambled eggs every day or so. Staff was friendly.

The hot tub was nice, the pool was cold. The sign said the temp of the water was 86 degrees, but it was very cold. You can hear people talking in the rooms next door, even when they seem to be talking at a normal level.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations! There were so many options, delicious and hot. To be honest it is the best free breakfast we have ever had at any hotel chain we have stayed! The room had everything you need, very clean as well! Top notch toiletries. Friendly staff.

I do not have any complaints to speak of, everything was great!
