A read negative comments for people that organized wedding here, but from the point of view of the hotel itself this was just a superb experience. The hotel is spread across a big park perfectly maintained that in other cases you would pay a ticket to visit. There are geese strolling around, two lakes with quaint bridges crossing over, and an English garden on the back of the hotel. You have bikes at disposal at several locations you can just pick to explore the area, which is huge. We probably stayed in one of the cheapest room, but I assume it can just go up from there. Breakfast on a par with this location, with rich selections of warm food served in a big salon. Personnel also very friendly.

The location was excellent! Unfortunately, Harry's Restaurant was closed during part of the stay. Once that reopened Airlie had all facilities available. I enjoyed walking around the property...it was lovely! I think a few more of the outside (burned out) light bulbs should be replaced. Also, we stayed at the Farmer's House and I don't think travelers realized they shouldn't just park wherever. They made it difficult for others to leave when they needed to... a bit unaware that in the event of an emergency it would be a horrible situation. The staff was excellent and very accommodating!!!

The grounds are beautiful, my daughters and I had dessert outside then took an evening walk around the pond from the lodge all the way back around the main building, and it was delightful, especially with the provided property map and lanterns for when it got dark. Walking to and from breakfast at Harry's was refreshing, and we enjoyed exploring the property even if we did not use all of the amenities, like the pool or free bicycles parked everywhere. The staff at the front desk and Harry's were all wonderful and attentive. This place feels like it could be sitting on a gold mine with some updates and a refresh to the buildings.

The rooms and buildings appear and feel dated and a bit run down especially the exteriors. I'm 6'4" and the showerhead hit me in the sternum, and the beds are quite small (fulls at best) but comfortable. We were on a corner room in the Lodge, and while the lounge is great when you are in it, hearing people talking in the lounge, or in the parking lot, from your bed like they were in the room with you was not very peaceful. Breakfast buffet at Harry's was underwhelming for the price. We were not here for a wedding, but there was one going on while we were there, and I feel like I would have been a bit disappointed with the upkeep and the appearance of the facilities if I was attending.

We enjoyed dining at Harry's our first night and exploring the property after dinner. We appreciated how family friendly the hotel was. We checked out the pool Sunday. There were towels available and a few pool toys to play with too.

While this is not a negative at all just a suggestion, some family outdoor games by the dining area or around the property would be an added bonus. Even an option to purchase a s'mores kit for the fire pit.

I liked the beautiful area and the way it was laid out. The room was comfortable and clean.

The communication of asking a question that was challenging to get answers on, I spoke to several people and finally I called back yesterday for a 3rd time and the front desk transfered me to the sales dept, which I left a message and still haven't heard anything. That's the only part that was frustrating to me.

The property inside and out, everywhere, was exceptionally well maintained ~ very clean!!! Peaceful grounds with great walking trails. Communication with property staff day or night was superb, always available and helpful.

There is signage that is lacking and some locations that it’s hard to read; signage with arrows to certain locations, ie. pool would be helpful; improvements for accuracy and clarity. Too, be clear in your advertisement regarding the dining room, make clear that it is for large groups and not open to guests in general. Our one meal at Harry’s was a very disappointing. Too, we were surprised that it was closed on Sunday evening on a holiday weekend. We were disappointed in the lack of finer dining in the area. Harry’s could meet that need. We had anticipated a more inclusive stay at your property. The bars along Main Street are not for everyone, especially the clientele you attract.

Restaurant and grounds were wonderful. Food was good and the outdoor seating was spectacular.

I had difficulty logging onto the internet. I did not seek staff help because it was a weekend and it was nice not to have it. We would have preferred queen beds instead of double beds, but it was fine. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and very relaxing. Lots of places to explore and enjoy. Loved the fire pit! Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The bed was very hard to sleep on. There was a wedding party staying in the rooms near us that were loud and yelling through the hallway for hours (even right outside our room door) in the middle of the night which made it even harder to sleep. We booked with booking.com and reservations stated that it included breakfast but we were told by Airlie staff that it was not (may be a booking.com issue but they need to fix that).

The property is beautiful and charming and the mattress was the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Restaurant on the property is delicious.

Rooms are too modern with everything gray wood and white. Doesn't really match the vibe of the property. I expected the rooms to be more cozy and traditional.

We loved everything about this place and plan to get away from the house here in the future because it's close by to where we live. Breakfast was AMAZING. The staff waited on us while we ate as if we were paying for the meal. Wish we had a cash tip to leave, next time we'll come prepared. Front desk went out of their way for us. The property itself is just beautiful. They're pet friendly. Couldn't believe how nice everything was for the price of our stay.

There was no mini fridge in the room but other than that everything was great. We had a coffee maker and water bottles set out for us (Deer Park, not that Dasani garbage).
