Convenient to DC - plan on 60-90 minutes via the Vienna Metro station. Breakfast was excellent, although not cheap as an add-on. The hot buffet items are very attractive - the selection is average, but the taste is good to great. We went back a second time. Plenty of juices, bakery items, and condiments. All excellent and very well-served. Dinner at the Nova Grill (bar/restaurant) was also fantastic, particularly the sandwiches and fries. Plenty of quality restaurants nearby as well. Service is 5-star throughout the hotel - breakfast, dinner, front desk, housekeeping. The rooms are clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was awesome. Drapery and lights are easy to adjust and allow complete control of lighting and privacy. The back parking lot is extremely convenient. Automatic doors work nicely. TV is big, rotates, and is viewable from everywhere except the shower room. Overall a very friendly place, including the other guests. We would gladly return.

Some minor nit-picks that didn't really bother me, but just for the record: Elevators are big and come quickly, but are slow to start ascending. No gear in the kitchenette - bring your own. Refrigerator works, but can only keep things frozen on the highest setting. There is a little noise sometimes getting through from the floor above. It's a popular place, especially in the lobby - lots of families and athletic teams. Not the best deal around, but worth the money.

I really enjoyes how beautiful the rooms were, very clean, new furniture absolutely amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and so was the sofa. Very friendly and helpful staff as well!

Could have a bigger variety on breakfast! Also the TV'S are not smart TVs so therefore u can only watch the channels and cant watch youtube, etc, which really was unfortunate since I stayed in the room for a long time.

I really enjoyed my stay, though it may have not been the fanciest of hotels what I will say is that Prakash was such a great server and that highlighted my trip the front desk guy was very nice, always smiling and laughing with us.

The only thing that I didn’t really care for was the smell it could’ve been mold in the carpet when we first came into the hotel room and the breakfast could’ve been a bit better but that’s all

The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

The only aspect I didn't particularly like was the location, mainly because we had to visit friends who live in Annandale, which is approximately 25 minutes away via the highway. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel. If we visit the DC in the future, we will considering staying at this hotel again.

The room and property were clean and comfortable. When i was reheating my food in the microwave downstairs, one of the staff saw me, greeted me and with a good smile handed me plates and silverware set without even asking. I really like that gesture.

The first night itself i requested for hand soap as there was none present. I was told i will get it in few minutes, but during my whole stay i didn't receive one. I also requested for facial tissues, since there was just the box present under the washbasin but no tissues in it, but also didn't get that during my stay. Out of the 3 elevators, only 1 was functioning during 1st and 2nd day. On the 3rd there we were forced to use service elevator, which took huge amount of time : ~15 minutes for me to get in.

Breakfast better in other similar hotels in neighbourhood.

You can feel confused with the breakfast bills. I was not charged at the end (breakfast was included into my stay) so nothing bad really happened but anyway, it should be easier and more transparent.

They are accomodating when iv'e asked to check in early also for a late checkout- friendly staff!

I didn't feel like my room was clean as it usually is (i stay often) Didn't appear to have been vaccumed, cement piece was propped up against wall in shower,bed was too soft and counter wasn't wiped down- Usually rooms are very clean ,just not this time. ⁹

The location is excellent. I was within 30 minutes from everything - Reagan National Airport, Tyson’s Corner, George Mason University, Alexandria, Herndon, Sterling, Manassas

The microwave in the snack shop was very, very dirty. Like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The fitness center was also just ok. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The grilled cheese I ordered from room service was not good at all, barely edible and it cost me $18 with gratuity. The fries were the only saving grace. I called three times to request an iron because they only had a hand held steamer in the room. Two times I was put on home abruptly and disconnected. The third time someone different finally apologized and sent a staff member up with the iron. I was late to a wedding function because of this delay. Also the remote control barely worked. It almost wasn’t worth the effort to turn on the TV because of how outdated and difficult to work the remote was.

The room had a great layout and was very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with quality linen. The food was excellent for a hotel restaurant and the Room Service was quick and hot. The hotel staff was always friendly and polite.

The lobby was tricky to find from the main entrance. I didn't see signs pointing the way. It's disappointing that I was given a less desirable room (lower level, without a view) because I had a discounted rate through Booking.com. New front desk staff was unable to provide me with basic answers about the hotel.

cleanliness, affordability, availability, restaurant on site. Me and my guy booked at 6 pm and were blessed to been able to easily book online in the evening and appreciated the short but enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was $22 per person but I sure it was worth it. I would advise booking the extra discounted price of $30 extra for breakfast included stay when booking the room
