I was pleasantly surprised by this extended stay hotel. Unlike many others, it didn’t have that typical musty or unpleasant smell — everything felt fresh from the moment I walked in. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The only downside was the exhaust fan in the kitchen — it vents the air directly back at your face, which was a bit frustrating. That’s the only reason I didn’t give this place a full 10 out of 10. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

I did not eat breakfast or stayed to received the breakfast experience. the location of the breakfast was a tad bit small and needs to be changed.

Having a build in gym is very much needed, The bed foundation is not sturdy enough or looked stable or confortable and also was not my favorite part of the room. The room was nice, clean spacious, smelled fresh and the applicants was up to date.

Amazing staff, very accommodating, fresh towels all the time, cosy bed. Manager Fallah very very special. He went out of the way, our cooker plate was slow, he actually found a solution and did the boiled eggs for us. Excellent location. We are definitely going back Discounts please for repeat bookings.

Ability to open windows fully.

It was a 4-story hotel vs a 2-story outside entry Motel.

I have stayed at 2 locations in Fairfax of ESA. The floors were swept. They were not mopped. Walking in my room without shoes turned the soles of my feet black. Mopped floors would remove dirt and grime. Otherwise, rooms were clean.

We loved that it was inside a mall! We loved that it was only 30 minutes from the venue we were going to for a concert, and we loved the little kitchen and tv!

We didn’t like the amount of driving it took to get to the entrance. And we didn’t really like the fact that there was no overnight staff.

Should not be considered a breakfast. It is more like a few snacks.

Smoking should be more than 25 feet from entrance

The washing machine worked. The staff at the front desk was able to answer all my questions.

I liked the size of the room the fact that it was well lit, the refrigerator was big not a small one, it held a gallon of milk 18 eggs vegetable drawers, it was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows where fluffy. The TV had an excellent cable package.
