Room was great, clean and welcoming.

The service at the front desk is very slow. Also we called the hotel 8 to 10 times before arrival to let them know that we had been delayed. No one answered. We ended up getting connected to guest relations who also tried to call and got no answer. On arrival, we talked with the front desk worker and the posted number is not the actual number to the site, however when you get to the rooms, the same number is posted in the room as their number. Everything about the actual stay was great but do not try to reach them because you likely will not.

I loved the location, it’s convenient to visit different places and also to take the metro. The staff, Jessy 👏🏻, Sheila, James and don Juan were extra friendly and helpful. Thank you!!! The only thing I don’t understand is that why if there’s a full equipped kitchen , there isn’t any table nor silverware.

In my opinion, it needs a little renovation in details, not external, only in furniture, some fresh details.

The location is good and safe. The rooms have kitchen so you could make a meal of your choice. Walmart and loads of lovely restaurants nearby. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Manager with a smile on her face was very accommodating and ready to help.

There is nothing I don’t like about this hotel.

A great place to stay! Grounds were clean and rooms were especially clean! Both of the front desk gentlemen had impeccable customer service. Would absolutely stay again for business or personal leisure. Would definitely recommend!!!

Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Spacious and clean room. Location is okay next to restaurants but no close grocery store. Good breakfast and great wifi.

Elevator working or someone to help with luggage would have been nice. Also free water should be offered.

rooms were quite spacious. The AC was a bit noisy disturbing the sleep. Breakfast can include more hot foods, a good toaster, boiled eggs, oats, cereals should be good enough with some fresh fruits...

Customer service with some Indian lady I guess here name nitha was not giving good hospitality and good service and image for the hotel, she was rude not knowledgeable about how good customer should be

The staff was friendly, and when I complained about the heat/AC not working in the room, Destiny immediately gave me a different room. The bed was firm and comfortable. I noticed that there were no minibottles of shampoo, lotion, etc., but I did not need them. Those mini bottles contribute to the plastic pollution anyway. The room was very clean.

The walls seem to be paper thin, as I heard a lot of running around next to me and from the above me. The noise did die down later. The hotel advertised that there was a free breakfast, but the grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired. I know that during the covid crisis in 2020 and 2021, many hotels either discontinued their free breakfast or reduced it to a grab and go. I propose the possibility of providing coupons to local restaurants. That morning I ate a wonderful breakfast at Bob Evans, which I could have walked to, but I drove there instead.

Liked everything over all but it did have some minor issues. Bathroom fan was noisy and the closet door wouldn't stay shut. Over than those minor things the stay was great. Staff was great

The convenience of stove top in room and staff including the nice manager lady whom I forgot her name was veryyyyy friendly and cordial.

Some idiots was making music play loud extremely loud way pasted quiet hours. other than that no complaints
