The room was very modern, comfortable and the bed was fantastic! Location was excellent and close to Dulles International Airport. Parking was easy around the hotel with plenty of spaces at night. Breakfast was good and simple enough. Sufficient amenities for my stay and close access to I-66.

Check in at 11pm and was not happy with the attitude I received from the front desk lady who appeared annoyed and highly unprofessional as if I was bothering her. No smile, no friendliness, no warmth whatsover - a rattle snake would be more welcoming at that point. Icing on the cake was how friendly she was to the couple checking in just in front of me - simply awful as a Hyatt staff member.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and a nice large room with a seating area. Friendly staff and a great location. This hotel is rated well for a reason. It was better rated and for a lower cost than anything within 15 min of the hotel and if we need a hotel in this area in the future, it will be the first one we check.

We travel a LOT and we were VERY impressed with the layout of the room and the obvious thought put into the layout. the two drawer luggage holder in the sitting/kitchen area was a true winner. The tray at the couch for snacking or working - excellent! The positioning of the TV so it could be viewed from the couch or bed, the comfort of the couch and the bed. EVERYTHING, just so well positioned and comfortable. We both wished we were staying longer and that more rooms we stayed in were this perfect!

We honestly did not encounter any issues. We had interaction with both front desk and cleaning staff and all were just as friendly and helpful as could be. Definitely a unique experience for us in this part of Virginia.

The location was convenient. We appreciated the proximity to the airport, but also the quick drive into Washington. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive and helpful, providing useful local recommendations and promptly addressing any requests we had. Their friendliness contributed to the positive atmosphere. The room itself was well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities. In summary, our experience was very positive, and we would consider staying here again if we return to the area. Thanks to the team for making our visit comfortable.

Clean room. Great location to what I needed.

Breakfast area was not kept clean. I ask front desk to ask to replenish because there were no fresh eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast and bowls. He said ok and but did nothing. I knocked on pass thru little door and to please replenish everything. It was only 9:30 and we still had 30 min and a line of customers arriving for bkfst. They replenish food only. No plates, bowls, and did not clean. We all made do. Using small clear cups for cereal... etc.

This is one of the nicest if not the nicest place to stay in the Chantily Dulles area at the moment and I'm not sure if it has to do with location or with use, but everything seems a bit fresh and clean at the moment, and there are plenty of hotels with junior suites and staff who strive to keep places clean. It just feels new.

Though the rooms are pleasant and private, the breakfast area is more than a bit congested on the weekend and there are different offerrings depending on the morning. While the coffee isn't that great, I appreciate any coffee that is simply there , more than lining up for food. It just is difficult for any staff to keep up with that type of demand.

Had a great overnight stay in this hotel, very convenient and reliable pick-up/drop-off service from the Dulles airport. International travelers, don’t worry when they tell you to give them a call for pick-up and you don’t have roaming - there are old style phones right outside the immigration control zone at the airport and the local calls are free for some minutes.

I was given a room next to the elevators initially, and thanks to the previous reviews I have immediately asked to change my room into a more quiet area, that was not a problem at all for the reception in the end and I have appreciated that. Sound isolation is not a strong side of this hotel, could still hear the cars on the road, but can’t complain, overall it was okay.
