Location was very convenient for our activities while we were in town. Lots of Food options. My husband didn’t like the waffles at the restaurant attached to the hotel. They tasted like there was too much baking soda or it wasn’t mixed well enough. Just as well our room didn’t include breakfast so we could go elsewhere. Wendy’s was understaffed so we didn’t wait. Other options within walking distance were good.

I paid in advance for my room but the still charged me $50 on my card but Didn’t tell me this when I checked in. When I asked later the said it would be backed out when I checked out. We asked if they had an EV charger in the parking lot and they do not.

The room smelled fresh and clean. The linen was clean and had no cologne odors like last time. Pillows were soft. The room was vintage but fresh. Also the room was walking distance to the Dulles Expo Center and Walmart. The coffee with breakfast was the best in the area but the kettle kept getting empty.

The television show options were very violent, vulgar and used lots of curse words. Second thing I didn't like was an extra charge of $50. Before booking online, I called the hotel directly 8 days earlier to reserve a room and to avoid incendental fee of $50. No one answered the phone all night. When I told the clerk on the day of my arrival, May 20th at noon, she confirmed that I called the front desk number but she said she didn't believe no one answered. I was charged $50. whereas otherwise I would have not been charged the fee if I booked with the hotel like I tried to do.

Nice breakfast, waiter was excellent and and friendly. Very nice food options around the hotel. Nice vibe for young families.

Pool closure! It was our last day in the US and I promised our kids that we would end the trip with a pool side hotel. Obviously and according to the front desk, the pool was under construction for over a year. However, they didn’t consider that most customers book with Booking.com and Holiday Inn didn’t update the pool status on booking.com. We paid the full price without pool access.

The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. The reception staff helped me when I can an emergency. The restaurant staff was friendly and efficient.

The door handle to my room operated backwards. Normally the door handle would be turned down to open, but in my room the door handle had to be turned up.

Breakfast was great and staff were helpful

The smell of Marijuana entering the lobby and rooms from individuals smoking to the right as you walk out on the benches. There needs to be a place for smoking further away as not to affect other guests and children. I didn’t expect or want to have a contact high from being in the lobby.

walking distance from shops, restaurants, post office. shuttle service to and from the airport and to nearby locations. Drivers were competent, helpful, professional, friendly. shuttle service a big plus.

Dated rooms. plumbing in our room had issues. Clogged sink on our arrival was fixed quickly but shower head leaked and water puddles on floor of shower. Dirty socks were found on floor of the closet. No complimentary continental breakfast. restaurant in the hotel was closed for holiday and for our early departure. coffee and pastry would have been appreciated in lobby since it rained and was cold in the morning during our stay.

The property was close to dinning , a Walmart near by and close to the Chantilly expo center

Love it’s pet friendly property dc is only 30 mins away

The location has plenty of food choices nearby. The room was super comfortable.

The staff were a little inattentive, helpful but not overly friendly.

The room was very clean and spacious.

The shower did not drain well so the shower had to be fast to avoid overflow to floor.

Cleanliness

It was good clean property and good value for the price. Will stay here again if ever come here.
