Staff at the front desk were great. Room size was nice. Whole place was very clean.

Breakfast was not very good. At this room price, I expected some fresh bread in the morning instead of preserved pre-packaged bread products. The omelet bar was nice. Coffee was also not great, an espresso option at this point would have been nice too. Also, the pool was very small and the hours were terrible. It did not open till 4:00pm. I booked this for the pool but we never got to use it. It wasn't open in the morning and in the evening the tiny pool was crowded with teenagers.

- would be good to see the waffle machine there for breakfast - I hate the fact that the parking is extremely expensive considering to how far it is from DC (35min). It should be mentioned during booking! I paid 27$ for the night, unbelievable, just because this fact I will never come back. - pool is small and was dirty

The staff was so friendly & helpful. & I mean every single staff member. Not just the few we interacted with while checking in. Every staff member made a point to greet us. Well done, Embassy Suites, Dulles!

If I had to find anything negative to say, there was only one chef for breakfast which made it hard to serve all the guests in a timely manner. However, he handled the long line & crabby people with grace & professionalism! Side note…The sleeper sofa mattress is thin so it’s fine for lighter, younger kids but not older teens or adults.

Each time I book reservations for a Premium King. Arrives to the hotel and receives less than what I booked. This has happened three times. Once my entire reservation was cancelled with notice. Maybe I am having a run of bad luck. However my stay is always enjoyable and relaxing. R

The breakfast is relly good, the hotel confortable, and the room really spacious. The airport shuttle information should be more clear in the booking page

The message responce time was the bad part of this booking I neveg got an answere for all the mesages I sent.

Near the airport and plazas where you can find many restaurant options, it was quite but you could hear people in other rooms but it wasn't noisy. The room is very spacious.

Restroom was kind of small, there was no hair dryer in the room but it had an empty bag for it, I called reception and they said there was no housekeeping at the moment, so I couldn't wash my hair before my flight.

The location was perfect for what we had planned. The complementary happy hour was ok, and the made to order was ok as well. The lobby area was pretty.

The rooms are dated and could use some touching up, the room furniture gives very much Count Dracula, the price of the snacks was absolutely ridiculous!! $5 for a candy bar, seriously? Oh, and let's not talk about the morning fire drill smh.

Odd situation at check-in. I had a reservation with confirmation number for that stay. But was told it’s was canceled. Nothing more was explained to me, who, why, when, where. Reinstated my reservation and my weekend went on. I felt as I was targeted, and not a mistake with booking reservation.

the lady at the counter was very pleasant and made an effort to understand what we wanted for breakfast with a smile.

had shared my hilton honours number - this is my second trip at the property and on both occassions have shared my honours number 546933138; however the stay does not reflect on the HH membership points- stayed earlier in nov /dec 2023 and now this one

Location. Ease of access. Helpfulness of morning desk clerk in providing some toothpaste that we left at home.

Paying $28 a day extra for parking. Very limited selection of complimentary drinks. General darkness of the guest suite.
