The only negative was breakfast. It wasn't enough options and it wasn't very appetizing. However, the room was excellent and the bed was so very comfortable. The oatmeal raisin cookies were the bomb! Another thing I noticed is there were no microwave ovens in the room. But our stay was short and pleasant and I would definitely use this hotel again. Brenda

Breakfast could have been better. The eggs appeared to be imitation and tasteless and the link sausages were not appetizing. There was the lack of a microwave oven. Overall, everything was really great!

Hot buffet Breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs and mixed cut up fruit medley with yogurt and oatmeal with all the fixings!! ❤️ Location very near to the airport and very close to main tram line that goes to the airport and downtown ! 👍 Excellent airport shuttle service, very quick. Very nice couches in lounging area in front lobby.

Pool area. Pool could be cleaner and warmer. No towels in the pool area. A change of morning breakfast meat. Sausage was good but too much sausage if you stay for multiple days. Elevators were agonizingly slow. Typical hotel coffee.

The room was vast and extremely comfortable, it would have been very good for a much longer stay due to the size and comfortable layout. Having a a large L shape sofa gave the room a feel of having a bedroom area and a lounge area, and the desk was great for working. Aircon was also very effective, it was over 35c outside when I visited but the room was comfortable the whole time. Good blackout curtains also kept the early sun out which was great. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station which takes you into central DC very effectively.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, flavour and taste wise everything was fine but only 3 hot options available (scrambled egg, sausages, and diced spiced potato) and not much cold food variety either. A few additional items like bacon and pastries would have been great. There also isn't much food available outside of breakfast but there are plenty of delivery options.

Location, was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, could have a bit more selection as far as fruit goes or toppings. Other than that was good. As far a facilities goes, it was nice, rooms were clean and beds comfy.

The one thing I would say is that one of the elevator was broken, and I have stayed at this facility more than once but it seems like there is always an issue with one of the elevators when I go...but quite honestly my stay was, and has always been great.

The room was great! Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

I asked to book transportation for 630 am to the airport. Was told it was only booked on the hour so booked for 6am. When came down for the bus, it was full and was actually put down for 5 am. Driver said he had someone scheduled for 630 and would be back! Didn’t make sense since i was i formed I couldn’t schedule for 630. It all turned out fine and I made it on time to the airport. Also spent 47.00 just for two sandwiches, pop and small bag of chips. A little pricey in my opinion.

All is good , but some bad smell for the floor may be due to improper cleaning in the loopy and public areas , they should take care of that much better by using proper cleaning material for the tiles and spreading some air fresheners or something like that. This note is not for criticism, but giving ideas for improving as I loved this hotel and wish for it the best, and my next reservation in other location will be with this brand for sure.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights for our trip to DC. We enjoyed the location, and breakfast. The shuttle to the airport as well as the staff were great. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. We loved that the Metro was just a quick 5-minute walk away. Uber's also came quickly to the hotel. Loved the airport shuttle. The only negative was that the shuttle did not run when we arrived, so we had to Uber to the hotel, but it was reasonably priced for midnight. Shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so depending on when you leave you may need to be there earlier than expected, but that is worth it to me to save some $. All in all a very budget friendly hotel for enjoying the DC area!

Not much to complain about. There were some cleanliness issues in the room (stains on the carpet), but nothing more than "expected" for a hotel. (Never really up to par compared to your own home! ◡̈ )

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Helpful and kind staff. Bed was super comfortable and a big room. Honestly, I just had an overnight between flights and was wishing I could stay longer! Shuttle driver at 5 a.m. was super nice and dropped me off right at my airline since I was the only one. Food was good and server very nice. Menu is limited, but just what I needed without having the time or energy to go to a restaurant (which there are a few walking distance, and they offered a ride to others).

I really liked the room, the layout was nice and allowed for space to relax, and not just focused on sleep. There was a sofa, desk and wetbar space, which made the space relaxing and welcoming.

I had an issue when checking in, I made a booking.com reservation for 3 people, when I checked in they said they only saw my name, checked me in gave me one key card. I ended up buying two more rooms for my colleagues. I checked my credit card and there was 5 charges for rooms pending. So my orginal reservation was processed, but the staff person did non scroll down to see that it was a reservation for 3 rooms even though I clarified that at the time. They said they didn't see them. So they checked in those 3 rooms and then made 2 more. Anyway, I was glad I checked this and the staff at the front desk fixed that for me before I left. But if I had not, this could have been a large issue.

The staff was amazing. They really made my one day stay great. The front desk agent was detail oriented & welcoming. The shuttle driver was on top of his game & navigated traffic safely, swiftly & calm. I worked in hotel management for a decade, the staff & management are pros.

The room design is a little clunky. But I see if you’re bringing the family it would work. The location feels a little isolated. I would have loved a guide to food options around the area. Since it was a little isolated & I was unfamiliar with area, I didn’t feel comfortable walking at night.
