Bringing me from and to airport. Responding to my room complaint and changing it promptly.

Money deducted from my debit card was more than what I was supposed to pay. My total amount was supposed to be $135.66, but $155.71 was deducted from my debit card. When I complained to the front desk officer, he said the $20.05 was deducted for security and would be returned to my account at checkout. When I was checking out, I met another front desk officer. Till now I have not got notification of refund on my debit card. I would appreciate if sometime can be done about this. It is saddening that your management does not notify your customer about this hidden charges.

We were stranded in the city on the way home to Canada due to United Airlines just choosing the hotel based on proximity and price for two nights. It's an older hotel with a walk up second level and we weren't expecting much. Surprisingly, for showing some age, the rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Heating for the cold nights was excellent and equipment was very quiet. The room was spacious and included even a table to dine on. The breakfast on offer was totally acceptable with all the basics needed. Sausage links, eggs, waffles, toast and such. Nicely appointed. Front staff were efficient and the gentleman in the early morning was extremely friendly. The hotel offers a great shuttle service running on the half hour which was really welcomed. A quick message to the hotel was enough to easily figure out how to be collected from the airport when we were stuck. We pleasantly enjoyed this hotel and our stay for two nights.

The only drawback to this hotel is that it is not within walking distance of any shopping or restaurants with the exception of one choice inside another hotel. Also the hotel offers an in room dining option/catering however we could not connect on our devices due to the ordering site not having a secure address protocol online. We were reluctant to order over the phone using credit cards due to being from out of country and had no cash to pay as an option. The menu, selections and prices looked very good so we were disappointed.

Desk clerk extremely helpful— I was given a ground floor room which I requested, it it was too far from the checkin desk, and I requested a change. He was quick to get me another room closer, and even met me at the room to exchange keys. VERY helpful. Also very pleasant and professional on the phone- i had called previously about room, shuttle, etc— very pleasant, excellent representative for Best Western.mm

Quite noisy as people traffic passes by right outside the room , location a little difficult to find. Shuttle lets out on lower floor baggage claim instead of ticketing— a VERY long walk to ticketing area— uphill with heavy luggage was difficult for me.

Room was clean, well lit, quiet, with very comfortable bed. Front desk was helpful in prepping a box to go out with Fedex, printing my label and holding it for Fedex pickup. Great breakfast, with many choices.

After 2 weeks of traveling, all my clothes needed washing before flying to Europe. The guest laundry was available 24/7 with a pair of good machines, at low prices ($1.75 wash!). But the front desk had no quarters, and there is no change or soap machines luckily I had a single tide pod. At 11pm, I walked about a half-mile on dark streets to a 24/7 Exxon station, bought a couple items and got $3 of quarters. This did not feel safe at all.

The staff at this establishment were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for, as they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their friendly demeanor and quick responsiveness to any requests made me feel right at home. As for the rooms, they were immaculate! It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The linens were fresh, the floors spotless, and the entire space was well-maintained. The attention to detail, from the neatly arranged amenities to the sparkling bathroom, really stood out. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and cozy stay with exceptional service.

Breakfast and shuttle service from and to and anything in between (metro rides) it's on them! Price for the location is perfect too..

The breakfast lady in the kitchen looks like she's always angry idk why? Lol

The breakfast was nice, there was a variety of items to chose from, eggs, country potatoes, sausages, yogurt, toasts, juices, milks, coffee, and tea etc. The room was nice, spacious and relaxing, with a sofa area and desk area.

The staff that checked me in made a mistake, they checked in my reservation for 3 rooms, but failed to see it was for 3 rooms, gave me one key card, and then I had to book two additional rooms for my colleagues. I checked my pending charges to find the mistake and the staff the next day fixed it.

This is a great little hotel near the airport - nice lobby, friendly staff, nice big rooms and for the price its amazing. Free Tea and Coffee any time in reception and the breakfast has an amazing choice of cereals, yoghurts, hot breakfast sausage egg bacon toast etc, musli bars, pancakes, waffles, just so much to choose from.

Nothing could of been better ! it really is a great hotel with all the comforts and near the airport. for the money its a fantastic bargain. You wont be disapointed!

This hotel is close to the airport and easy to get to. There are some places close to eat. The room was small but clean and comfy. The TV is large. You can tell it is kept clean and I liked that.

The thermostat was stuck or limited to 69f. That seems fine but it was cold and windy during my stay and I needed it to be warmer. To make matter worse, there is a draft guard kind of thing on the bottom of the door and the wind was coming in because of that, as well as making a constant whistling noise. The room was chilly because of this.

Its the perfect staging location for catching an early morning flight out of DC. The brown bag breakfast was a nice touch - especially since my shuttle was before their breakfast station opened. There were also couple restaurants within walking distance, which isn't always a given for an airport hotel.

The coffee in the room was truly not enjoyable to drink and the fact that they had limited spots on the shuttle at peak hours (6 am) meant that I had to wake up even earlier to get to the airport. If I had known that I needed to reserve the shuttle spot, I would have called earlier in the day to book for the time I wanted. Alternatively, if they know its a peak hour, they should have more than one shuttle to go at that time.
