A great stay, great breakfast, and friendly communicative staff. The bed was wonderful after two months abroad on torturous mattresses. Quiet, with a yummy little sub/pizza/burger place next door (Champs).

They HAVE shuttle access to and from the airport, but…it was a clunky process to get picked up (I waited forever…multiple calls, etc); and the shuttle was “off duty” on Saturday for my airport return to get my next flight. They happily (voluntarily) booked me an uber, no charge. The staff were all kind and accommodating about it. But…you’ll need to plan transport carefully.

The cable TV in my room didn’t have an HDMI connection, just the old type that made the picture blurry—I could barely read the text on the screen! The other room I booked had an HDMI cable, so I complained to the front desk, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. When I asked for a replacement room, they refused, and I had to put up with it for the entire week.

the breakfast is good and fresh every morning. the hotel is comfortable close to couple of restaurants. there is a gas station nearby with a grocery store in it. the shuttle service to the airport became on demand (upon call "25 min ahead" to avoid delays). the room is really cozy comfortable and spacious. this is my 3rd time in this property i enjoyed it.

it is not so negative but the hotel has aged, it either requires more inspection or renovation. the bathroom sink was clogged and the shower curtain holder was detached from the wall. comment ( the room has a small coffee maker but no water boiler) i preferred boiler for my use.

Standard hotel breakfast, it will keep you alive but nothing special. Room was very quiet! Staff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. Nearby restaurants are convenient, as is the gas station convenience store across the parking lot. The Pakistani restaurant Chaska was really good, recommended by hotel staff. Public transit is close. The bus stop is right across the street, free to ride to the metro station.

You have to ask for housekeeping.

The Hotel was really clean, and well maintained. Had enough options for breakfast. Overall it Was good.

Very bad experience with pick up shuttle service. I landed around 9.30 to IAD Dulles, and after that I was keep calling the guy who supposed to come to pick us from Airport, but he didn't pick my phone l, later call on Hotel's reception area, but no luck there too. I hired uber and pay from my pocket to reach at hotel. Later at the hotel reception I explain all situation to the manager and he reimburse uber fare, and he said it was issue with phone device. Rest all was good about Hotel, just the Suttle thing disappointed me.

Clean, quiet. Some outlets to get fast food and s acks. Burger King, pizza, gas station. Free Airport shuttle. Helpful staff.

Not near anything so if you forget or need anything from drug store there isn't anywhere to go. Shuttle is only for airport, no shops or activities. Wifi is meh.

The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, It's very easy to check in and check out. The hotel room was clean and everything worked. I enjoyed their breakfast as there was plenty to choose from and it was not too busy or crowded. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and the staff arranged and paid for someone to take us back to the airport the next day. My family stayed in this hotel on our departure trip and return trip. I also liked that it is close to a gas station and several restaurants within walking distance.

The TV was unplugged so it took a minute to figure out but otherwise than that I have no complaints.

With the curtains drawn, the room was nice and dark for getting a good night's rest. Very comfy and cozy. I'm a little embarrassed that I couldn't figure out how the shower works right away. But I got it. The breakfast was great! I passed on the waffles, but enjoyed the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, the boiled eggs, the yogurt and coffee. I was full and satisfied while I was waiting at the airport. The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

I was hungry, exhausted, and emotionally done from all the travel stress. I did not like having to wait outside in the cold for the hotel shuttle to arrive. When I called to send the shuttle, I was told the ETA would be 20 to 25 minutes. We stood out there for what seemed like 45 minutes. Not a good first impression. I was angry, but I blamed the traffic.

The internet service was deplorable for the most part. I even thought my system, srvice was hacked from onsite by the staff. I thought all of my necessary time for school work would be squandered because I know using the wifi that I was being snooped on, everything slow horredously down, and I had to go out in the code to starbucks to complete tasks.

The property is nice. It is being renovated, and so far well maintained.

I only stayed for one night. The room 323, I had was good, other than the bathroom door didn’t lock. However, my other guest in room 312, had issues with the bathroom door not closing or locking and the sink was not draining. We both did say the rooms were a bit warm but tolerable.
