We stayed at the Washington Dulles Marriott Suites for 2 nights during a quick 3-day trip to DC, and it ended up being a fantastic choice. The location is super convenient — just a short drive to the Herndon metro station(free parking on weekends), which made getting into downtown DC really easy. Even better, the hotel is part of a strip with several good restaurants, so after a long day of sightseeing, we just had to take the elevator down and walk over for dinner. Super convenient. We booked a King Suite with breakfast included. The room was modern, very clean, and — something that doesn’t always happen — looked exactly like the photos online. It had everything we needed and felt comfortable throughout our stay. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share our experience because we had such a pleasant stay — and especially because when I was looking up reviews before booking, I didn’t see many people mention how good the breakfast is here. The breakfast was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. It was easily one of the best we’ve had at a hotel in a long time. There was a wide variety of hot items — sausage links and patties, bacon, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, French toast — and the waffle station was already prepared (no DIY mess, which was a pleasant surprise). The fresh fruit selection was great too — pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, watermelon — along with the usual cereals and oats. But what really stood out was the made-to-order omelet station. Plenty of toppings to choose from, and the staff at the station were friendly and fast. It just made the morning feel a little more special. We usually visit DC once or twice a year, and honestly, we wish we had found this hotel earlier. We’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips.

The location was great. So was the breakfast. Shuttle service was fantastic Elderly staff at recepetion were much more helpful and nicer than the young ones.

The bed was so high that it was very difficult for my mother to climb on it with knee problems. She ended up sleeping on an extra bed. Even though the room was clean, the carpet on the corridor looked very dirty, which diminishes the overall cleanliness impression of the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location if you need a place to stay near the airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms. A decent breakfast included with the price was the icing on the cake.

The water temperature was very inconsistent from the faucets. The downstairs elevator smells like a stink bomb went off. The sofa bed was not so comfortable, but fine for a night.

This was a great room. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is a fantastic setup for a business traveler or a couple. There were very small details (like lack of USB outlets at bedside - although there was an adapter on one side of the bed for that) that indicated the hotel might be older, but everything was in good order and spotless. We took the shuttle to and from the airport and it was on time and very efficient. Even though we were so near the airport, the room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful. The food locations next door were very convenient. And it was so quiet. I would absolutely stay here again. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while.

The bathroom lighting could be better. It was a little too dark in there for my liking.

The layout of the room was perfect for a family traveling together. We were also able to get a 5 am shuttle to the airport.

At first I was disappointed that there was no restaurant/room service but the many choices in the adjacent strip commercial area served us well. We did have toast for linens for the pull-out couch and 2 extra towel sets despite the fact that the reservation was for 2 adults and 2 kids; however, the items were delivered promptly.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. The stuff were friendly and helpful. Close to the airport. Walking distance to the many restaurants.

The breakfast was wonderful, but a bit expensive. I'd like to get my own juice and coffee rather than waiting for a waiter/waitress to get for me. I guess you have to pay for internet. The couch was uncomfortable and made annoying noise. No fan/vent in the bathroom.

There were no water bottles in the room… The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly as there were stain marks on the floor and toilet seat. Though I switched off the AC and the hotel does provide extra blanket, suggest that the blanket on the bed is thicker

I was upgraded to a suite and it was very comfortable and very convenient for a night near the airport. Much cleaner and better facilities than most airport hotels. It also has a number of restaurants right outside the door which made things extra convenient.

This is the best value hotel near to Dulles. We used a suite for four, and found it was perfect with the extra bedding they brought. Left luggage until the afternoon without a problem. Close restaurants within walking, but actually, this hotel has a GREAT Kitchen. Any meal, they do it. Homey bar too.

You might wait a sec for the shuttle, but the drivers are kind, it's a SHORT ride, and that makes up.
