Great room- like a small apartment with a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The little kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there is a grocery store about a mile from the hotel. The shuttle service to the Metro was quick and handy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Pancakes (no waffle maker if your kid cares about that as much as mine does- but my kid did enjoy the cool pancake machine every morning), eggs, sausage, oatmeal and toppings, great coffee and tea bar, fruit, breads and toaster, peanut butter and other spreads- it's a good breakfast and changes each day.

Our only problem was location for visiting DC- it is an hour Metro ride into DC and if you travel during rush hours (morning and evening), the ride is almost $7 per person each way. It was more affordable for us to park in the city than to use Metro from this far distance. But it was an excellent location for visiting Udvar-Hazy!

This was a great very affordable option for me, my partner, and my 3 kids. I searched for hours to find an affordable hotel with 2 bedrooms and this was the only place that met this need. There were 2 full bathrooms, 2 queens in separate bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room plus a full kitchen. Convenient location to the family we were there to visit and the Udvar-Hazy air and space museum. The breakfast was good and had options like sausage, eggs, and waffles.

I only wish there had been a pool, hot tub, and security cameras outside. We had 5 mountain bikes locked to my bike rack that we chanced leaving outside on the rack. All was fine and we parked under the lights at the front entrance, but it was a risk and a little stressful. That said, the desk staff was willing to move their car so I could park under the lights in front, but it ended up someone moved and we got a good spot. The staff Sunday morning mentioned they voluntarily kept an eye on the bikes as well.

I loved the little apartment we had but there was not enough supplies when it came to towels and toilet trees. There was also not a phone in the room to contact the office to ask for more. When we went down there they also told us if we needed anything that we have to come down because there is no room service on the weekends, but other than that this place was beautiful, and clean! And there is not elevator lol so if you got a big family everyone carrying their own things and if you have little ones it’s a multiple trip type of deal.

No phones in room to be able to contact office. No room service on weekends is what we were told by the front desk lady. Also, one role of TP for the whole weekend is not enough to get through the weekend. There would have been at least two in each bathroom. Same with towels.

Suite suited our needs brilliantly. As our flight was due in late (after the shuttle bus finished) we used an airport taxi which cost $22 for our family of four. Check in was quick and efficient and the suite was clean and very quiet given the distance from the airport. We didn't speak to the receptionist at night much as we were so tired but the lady in the morning was very helpful. Breakfast was also good and there was plenty of space in the dining area. We had a look around the area and walked to the shops (approx 15mins) prior to leaving; the area seemed very pleasant and safe. We booked the shuttle bus two hours in advance, driven by a lovely lady, to take us to the metro station to head into Washington where we staying. No problems with billing for the night's stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice and big. Has a fridge, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The receptionist checked me in early as I arrived on an early flight. Wifi was excellent. There is an airport shuttle and they also provide a shuttle to the closest Metro station which is great. Breakfast was average.

It is a bit out of the way but if you have a car no problem, also the shuttle to the metro mitigates this. It is a pet friendly hotel and I was in the section with dogs and was woken up by a barking dog.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived a little early and they found a room for us right away. The first room was a smoking room which was not good for us, but they immediately found us a non-smoking room. The shuttle driver to the airport was very friendly and we enjoyed our ride with him. Loved hearing about how he moved to the US from Viet Nam and is so proud to be and American!!!

Didn't see anything in the room request about smoking rooms or non-smoking rooms. Not a big deal and they moved us, but perhaps a space to mark if customers want non-smoking rooms it can be easily requested.

The property was well maintained. The room was well-equipped with cooking utensils and there was plenty of space for our three children too.

There were some signs of wear and tear in the room, including a towel with a hole in it, and the door handle was tricky to open after inserting the key card. The breakfast was disappointing regarding the quality of the food and the unavailability of the pancake maker.

Front desk and shuttle driver was really really nice. I really appreciated the help they gave us.

Not your fault, because it was stated in the info, but I didn't notice till after we got there and had to use a taxi that you didn't have a morning shuttle. Room smelled of smoke and when we got hone and opened our suitcases our clothes still had that smell. Also I forgot to tell the front desk when we checked out that the batteries in the ac control on the wall were dead.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly We used the shuttle service into Washington. Free laundry service. Breakfast was included

Breakfast was a little repetitive as we stayed 6 nights. More fruit/ healthy options would've been good.

We had a delay and a forced stopover in Washington, and needed to find a hotel near the airport fast. This one was a great choice, considering the distance to the airport, the convenience, the room size and the staff. We asked for an extended check-out and the hotel provided. The room was spacious, with everything that we needed for an emergency two-night stopover. The location is accessible by lyft/taxi. There is a free shuttle, with limited time (runs only from 09:00 to 22:00)

The breakfast is typical American style: no fresh vegetables, no cheeses or sugar-free/natural yoghurts. Everything is carb-based, sweet and not healthy. But this is the case in most of the hotels in the US.
