You can tell that the hotel could use more staff. Those who were there tried very hard to maintain a very busy property. I really appreciated the very friendly and hard working staff. Jamie, the lady handling the breakfast area Was truly an angel and so VERY hardworking.

The stuff they are so friendly cooperative and polite Especially mr MIKE the lobby guy and the shuttle driver HANNIN (if amnt mistaken there name ) they were very nice THEY HELP ME A LOT i really appreciate 👍👌 The room was so clean every thg was organized well

The check in time is should be befor mid day its nt fair to wait or add more money in order to check in earlier

Got stuck in DC due to cancelled flights. Decent hotel with a nice man working the overnight shift. Got a quick breakfast and then left on the free airport shuttle. No complaints and thankful the night shift reception dealt with so many of us.

While they are making an effort to not use styrofoam but they still use plastic utensils that don't work well and are wasteful. I am glad they already use paper plates instead of Styrofoam, but reusable items would be nice.

very close to Dulles airport with free shuttle bus service. Rooms are clean the gas station is close with Fresh food restaurant 24 hours with hot coffee available will stay again when I stay in Dulles airport

Check in person was very nice! Bed was very comfy!

If you are a breakfast person, this is not the hotel for you. I don’t really care about breakfast at hotel cuz I don’t like it anyways. All Spark had was cereal, yogurt and bagels.

The staff were really very friendly and helped me for planning the day trip and they really helped in shuttle services from airport pickup and drop facilities. Really appreciate it.

Default water bottle in room only was a little concern other than that everything was perfect.

We had a flight cancellation and spent one night at this hotel and left very early next morning. It was a good place to stay.

Very simple but adequate. There are no restaurants in walking distance. Plan ahead.

Everything i enjoyed my stay and would definetly recommend to family and friends

No breakfast though booking said Breakfast was included Extension of check out was too short given my flight was much later and I only checked in about 8 pm the previous night
