The rooms are great and the location is perfect for what I was in DC for

there is no outdoor bench to sit on in the front area of the hotel and I stayed there last year and I think it was not as clean in the hallways as last year, This can be overlooked due to the great price and room size - location. The staff was not as helpful as last year- they really lack any sort of trash disposal anywhere in the front of the hotel. There may have been these around back of the building but due to the weather and safety I preferred to use the front where there where areas for my older dachshund to use

The location is very convenient to where I'm working. The room was comfortable and had the space and amenities, like a kitchenette, that I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They get some trashy people here. My room was near the front desk, so I could hear people in the lobby. One night I was woken up several times by noisy people. They should separate the lobby from the rooms with heavy doors. You see a lot of people sitting on the curbs outside, so maybe they should put in some benches. Sitting on curbs looks ghetto. One night, there was some knucklehead asleep in an idling Home Depot truck outside my window. I couldn't have my window open due to the fumes. The morning I left, I heard some guy shouting in his room so loud it could be heard outside. They need to do a better job of policing that kind of behavior.

It was an almost perfect stay. Super small things like the smell in the hallway and the loud fridge were my only complaints. Otherwise it was perfect all around. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was amazing. Great location. It was awesome

Very convenient to transit options, entertainment, shops, and restaurants and grocery stores, gas stations, and Expressways all around good locations to visit around the DMV

The size and comfort of this room was exceptional. The hotel is entirely dog friendly for us that travel with pets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel exceeded all others I have stayed at in the location I travel to.

The property is clean l, and the stuff are nice l.

Everything the manager she’s a wonderful person the staffs there very good they give you attention the manager to they answer you when you ask them question about towels, soap, dishes anything I ask them did there to serve you I’m so happy we extend this day

The facilities, fridge, and microwave need replacement. They look too old

Shower head wasn't strong. Tub was super slippery. Almost fell twice. Room 109

I selected this hotel for the location. It was exactly what I was looking for. It met my expectations in every way.

There really wasn't anything that I did not like.
