I recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is spacious, offering ample room to move around, even with a baby in tow. Despite being busy, the atmosphere remained peaceful and quiet, perfect for our family's needs. The massage and spa treatments were fantastic, providing much-needed relaxation. The food was delicious, catering to a variety of tastes. Overall, it is a wonderful choice for families looking for a serene yet vibrant stay.

comfortable bed, great coffee maker, excellent TV...........my only concern is the shower ---- should you have "grab" bars in the shower? I had a tub, meaning one steps over the side to get in and out of the shower. I am agile but I wondered if it would be safer for ALL of your guests to have a grab bar inside the shower. Everyone could step in and out more safely. Perhaps you have never had an accident but the cost of installing grab bars when there is a tub (rather than a walk-in shower) seems small versus a potential lawsuit. Does you registration have a liability clause? If so, this comment might be moot.

Room was quiet and comfortable. The grounds are great for walking. Staff was impeccably polite. So much to say that is positive. There are less expensive hotels in the Leesburg area. Lansdowne will always be my first choice.

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, and complimentary coffee, water, and fresh fruit are available at all times. The golf courses are beautifully maintained and a pleasure to play on. I enjoyed a foot treatment at the spa, which was fantastic. The gym is fully equipped, and there are several tennis courts available as well. The restaurant by the golf course offers delicious food, making for a great dining experience. Very friendly staff!

It would be fantastic to see more outdoor restaurant and bar options. At the moment, the only outdoor dining available is the golf restaurant, which is excellent, but additional choices would enhance the experience. While the breakfast was good, I didn't feel it justified the price. Additionally, the swimming pool is somewhat difficult to access, which seems to discourage use—it was empty throughout my stay.

Cleanliness, location & amenities

I was disappointed that we were staying at a property for our 25th anniversary where we were actually married at in 1999. I told them this when booking, yet there was very little acknowledgement of having been a major client/customer 25yrs ago. Seriously- a postcard slipped under the door that was printed on a computer that said “Happy 25th Anniversary- enjoy your stay.” That’s it- that’s all?? No bottle of champagne, special offer for the restaurant or spa? Nothing? I was truly truly disappointed & let down! Very sad…you could do a lot better. :/

Beautiful property/resort. Pool area was nice. Family friendly. My son had a blast. My husband had an amazing time playing golf

The play/jungle gym equipment needed a power wash. It was filthy. I didn’t want my 2 year old to play on it. The food on the property was just okay. It was edible but not good. We ate at the Coton Rye (dinner), Piedmont (lunch) and Riverside Hearth (breakfast). The breakfast omelet was good but the waffles were nasty but my two year old loved the pancakes. I had a steak sandwich at the Piedmont and it had a lot of fat on the sirloin tips. Crispy wings at Coton & Rye were not crispy. I also ordered a warm brownie sundae and the brownie was cold. Perhaps it was what I ordered because my husband thought his food was good. I’ll most definitely be returning to the resort but I will eat outside the resort.

When we walked into the room, an area with a bowl, treats, and a bed was set up for the dog. It is a rare facility that acknowledges that the pet is part of the family. The valet jump-started the car when it wouldn't start. Great property; we will go back.

A couple of issues with in-room dining were quickly rectified, but other than that, there were no issues. This exceptional place cares about its guests and their 4-legged family members.

This is our favorite place to stay on Ashburn. Room was really comfortable. All the staff are great. Restaurants are great to just stay on the resort and have plenty of drinks.

We really love this place. If we had to say something we wish was different is we wished the pool opened earlier. We were looking forward to some sunbathing and relaxation and had to wait till 10 to go down to the pool. When we visit resorts we will be down around 8am enjoying the quiet and start of the morning with a book before sunbathing.

We enjoyed the resort restaurants;; the food was great. We enjoyed the indoor pool for our small children and the staff were all friendly and helpful. My wife and I were both treated well and got to relax in the spa.

No complaints. Everything was great. We will go again for a relaxing weekend sometime in the near future. We really can't say anything bad about the resort.

The resort facilities are always exceptional, with outstanding food options. There are plenty of friendly staff on-hand, ready and willing to help with anything.

It would be great to add a mini fridge to each room. We often explore different restaurants in the area and would like to save the leftovers.
