Nice looking and comfy hotel Airport shuttle for free to Dulles Airports

Not so much to do around the hotel

After a chaotic night, I Turned up on the night and the hotel had space. I had no credit card on me and the hotel showed me ways around it by booking online, helping me cover the room deposit another way without a card. Without the woman in charge on Saturday night I wouldn’t have been able to book. The room was perfect, clean and tidy, Netflix and the bar staff even gave me his charger to take to my room as I had no travel plug. The staff that night went above and beyond for me. Cannot recommend this place enough.

It’s a little out the way, as someone with no transport and just foot I was limited to getting around but I still managed to walk to the nearest McDonald’s and retail park about 2-3 miles away which was fine. Also a 7/11 opposite. But other than location can’t fault

Very comfortable large room and the facilities were very good. The cleanliness was exceptional and would stay here again when flying into Dulles.

I used their airport shuttle and had to wait 65 minutes for the van on the way to the hotel When I first arrived I called and was told it should be there soon but not the case. Would have helped if had been told when the van was expected to arrive and if I had just missed it, then I could have gone inside out of the cold to wait rather than expecting the shuttle any minute.

Loved the bar and pool table located in the lobby! Room was great and provided what we needed for the trip. Staff was great as well. Would be a good idea to add an extra pool table to the lobby area.

The shower had an echo, so having a conversation was very difficult. Stepping out of the bathroom isn't fun because of the sliding door. Warm air instantly becomes icy cold when you step out.

-I didn’t like seeing the receptionist required to stand for 8 hours without the choice to sit on a stool or tall chair. -The cook told the guest there was no fresh fruit for the waffle only after the waffle was cooked.

The lighting was odd. 1 master switch controlled the bedroom and bathroom area. No fan in the bathroom .There weren't many options for lighting. Would have liked more towels. Asked for more but they just replaced the two towels we were given instead of getting more.

Clean, bright, modern rooms; great amenities; responsive management

The only reason I chose this hotel was because it offered airport shuttle service beginning at 6am. On the morning I checked out, shuttle service was unavailable because the shuttle driver had not shown up as scheduled. Fortunately, hotel management was willing to compensate for the cost of an uber.

Great stay! The staff was extremely accommodating and personable! My light quinoa and kale dinner salad was great, and the shuttle driver was prompt and friendly. They even gave me a later checkout and the opportunity to work in the lovely lobby as my plane did not leave until late in the evening. Finally, the super comfy bed, fluffy pillows, and black-out blinds made for a great night’s sleep before a very long journey!

The staff at both check in and check out were very helpful and nice. They sent an uber to pick me up at the airport within just a few minutes of my calling as their shuttle was not in service. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The free snacks in the lobby were much appreciated after a long day of travel.

The walls are very thin. I could hear the person next door talking on the phone at about 6 a.m. In addition, there was a very loud family making a lot of noise from about 4-5 a.m. As a result, I got very little sleep.

Nice well-lit room with plenty of electrical outlets, computer USB ports, coffee maker, safe and giant tv. Big windows with blinds that completely blocked or allowed outside views and light. Comfortable bed, nice desk that permitted working with computers and other equipment plugged in there as well. Courtyards with seating outside as well. Plenty of open spaces to socialise or relax after entrance. Friendly, helpful staff also. They also offer off-site, long-term parking for Dulles Airport as well at great rates (with shuttle service to/from airport).
