Location is good. TV remote didn’t work but I don’t watch much TV. I like this place, wish the price was lower. I am homeless and get rooms where I can.. I can never get any information about getting help with paying for my room

Bed was comfortable. Had a small issue with a change in confirmation dates through Booking, but Sydney at the front desk was a marvel and took care of the problem.

Location is right off the highway, so you want to make sure, upon leaving the property, that you go straight out to the side street with the traffic light if you are heading east. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity (NY style pizza, Japanese steakhouse, Vietnamese, Mexican), wish I had time to explore more.

We were part of a youth hockey tournament and the rink at Ion was really close. There were several our our team's families staying at the hotel for the night - the staff allowed us to "hang out" together in the main area where breakfast is usually served. It was really nice to be able to have some space to relax and unwind together after the kids played in the tournament all day. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side - we didn't mind it for our family of 4, but 4 families, each with kids would have been a bit cramped "hanging out" in one room for sure. The young lady who was working the front desk was wonderful (Megan, I believe) - she was pleasant, social, and every time I looked at her she was smiling. We didn't eat the breakfast - so I can't speak to that. Our room was clean - which is my #1 deal breaker.... so we were happy campers. That, paired with the awesome staff, makes this Best Western a winner in my book. Will def stay again.

Very friendly staff with pleasant demeanor. The breakfast was good and the staff kept the area clean and filled. Room was clean and did not smell of any odors.

The bathroom toilet paper dispenser was not in the room but there was toilet paper in the bathroom on the commode.

Breakfast was good. The attendant at breakfast was very helpful. I messed up my waffle and he made me a new one. Front desk staff was also very friendly. It was perfect for a weekend get away and close to the W&OD trail for cycling.

Room was great. It had not only a microwave & fridge, but the fridge had a freezer section to re-freeze our blue ice at night. Not all hotels have that, but they should.

The bill for our 2nd night seems too high, even with tax included.

The breakfast and the location was perfect.

The bathroom tub was stained and the water stopper for a bath didn't work. There was also a smell like someone had smoked in the room before. Other than those problems, everything was fine.

Great breakfast! friendly staff, comfortable rooms, really appreciated the fridge and microwave!

the first room we were put in we couldn’t get door to open the staff had a hard time so we got a new room. but we forgot we put soda in the fridge and we/they tried to get it the lock wouldn’t work at all glad we didn’t leave anything else in there

It was quite and roomy and the be was comfortable and the pillows were not flat.

When I went to breakfast, the menu was superb but they ran out of food before the allotted time scheduled.
