Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Front desk attendant was delightful. There was a grand piano in lobby, which delighted my college student kiddos who needed to practice some pieces for school

The breakfast game was ok but a little lacking. Would have liked more fresh fruit/healthy choices. Toilet paper holder in our room was broken - not firmly attached to wall. The water pressure in shower was not strong

The first room I was in did not have a functional tv, the 2nd room also did not have a tv that functioned properly. Finally the third room did have a tv that functioned.the manager was helpful and apologized, but this situation was frustrating. It was very inconvenient for me to unpack, repack, unpack, repack again and then unpack.

I loved the location. I had never seen Old Town Leesburg and I loved how close The hotel was. We had boys playing at Lansdowne resort and it was not far at all. The only thing that I would suggest is that they are should be some additional blankets available in the room. Otherwise, I thought everything was great. Thank you for being a nice host.

VERY, VERY STRANGE smell permitted my room around 5am and so heavy that I had to sleep UNDER the sheets... continued dow hall to breakfast. Staff is used to it . Like lotion-gravy-incense-dishwater smell pushing through vents. You Have A Venting Issue !!!!! While not crippling it lingered in my sinuses for HOURS. Won't take a gamble on returning.

The breakfast here is delicious and amazing. My room is so nice, comfortable, and cozy. This staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing was the elevator was slow or didn't work sometimes.

No fault to the hotel, just wish the doors were more sound proof on both sides for travelers with pets. We could hear our dogs from down the hallway and they could hear other guests from the outside.

Bed was comfortable. Had a small issue with a change in confirmation dates through Booking, but Sydney at the front desk was a marvel and took care of the problem.

Location is right off the highway, so you want to make sure, upon leaving the property, that you go straight out to the side street with the traffic light if you are heading east. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity (NY style pizza, Japanese steakhouse, Vietnamese, Mexican), wish I had time to explore more.

Very friendly staff with pleasant demeanor. The breakfast was good and the staff kept the area clean and filled. Room was clean and did not smell of any odors.

The bathroom toilet paper dispenser was not in the room but there was toilet paper in the bathroom on the commode.
