So this is a great place to stay - as long as you don't need to be physically at the airport. I had a 24h layover, so it was perfect. As described, the hotel is embedded within a local shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants and other retailers. Perfect for an afternoon / evening stroll. Pickup from Dulles is easy, it's probably a 15 minute drive to the hotel. But I really want to highlight the friendliness of the people who work at the hotel. They are perfect. Clearly a lot of effort has gone into selecting the right people, and then making sure they are well trained and happy. It really shines through. The room was super spacious, had everything I wanted and then some. But for me, again, it really was the people. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying again.

The breakfast was ok. The people who drove the shuttle were very nice.

There were 2 bottles of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner in the shower looks like they made a mistake and didn't put body wash, I let the front desk know but they didn't take care of it. We spent 3 nights and we used face soap.

I like how most of the staff was willing to work with you, Especially Ray who accommodating!

We have pets, I didn't like that there were no poop bags and trash cans around the property. There were a few dog feces on the property grounds. Although I believe that every dog owner should have their own, to pick up after their pets.

The location The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable The staff are the nicest that we have ever met the check in was fast and they were very nice and considerate when we asked them for a late check out ,even the shuttle to the airport they were Super nice and professional

Great location, friendly staff,clean rooms and facilities. Nice breakfast with a lot of options. Would return to this location and recommend it for others. Very easy access to Dulles and the DC area.

Everything was great!

Always stay here after long international flights - decent food, a Target, and some cell phone shops are all right there. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and good for families. Breakfast is solid.

Nice breakfast. I wish they had K-Cup coffee makers in the room so, you could bring your own cups for extra coffee. Currently you only get two pods per day.

Great location, spacious room which was spotless. Attentive staff and the free shuttle bus is great. The driver even took us on a little ride round the shopping mall to show us what was available whilst we were there.

The size of the room was absolutely perfect- large bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen! The breakfast was clean with great options. All the staff was friendly and nice. Amazing location to get groceries or take out. Would absolutely stay again.

Wish the two bedrooms had two double beds instead of queen beds, that would be far more convenient for our family. Also the fax machine was broken and we needed to receive a fax.

Excellent customer service. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Clean, and comfortable. Would go back and recommend to friends and family.
