breakfast had a nice variety-oatmeal with toppings, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagel, muffin, waffle station with toppings, scrambled eggs with shredded cheese, chicken sausage, breakfast potatoes, bananas and apples. wish they had bacon and omelet bar like previous guests had though. very clean. quiet and hidden location out of the way but within a few miles of anything you may need. enjoyed the pool and hot tub. clean and updated lobby. beautiful tile shower. very insulated walls and quiet. I'm a light sleeper and did not hear one plane, car, foot step, or a peep from anyone.

no window AC/heating unit with white noise fan (adjust on the wall with a wall vent instead) and our room didn't get very cool. horrible pillows- two pillows stacked up looked nice and full and fluffy but my head went down flat to the bed as soon as I laid down. no fan in bathroom. need more trash cans in room.

Pool, space and layout of room, large shower, microwave, fridge, we also liked that there was a continental breakfast. Our request for a high room was granted and we loved having a great view. Parking was very convenient. I liked the text option to the front desk. Housekeeping was quick to deliver extra towels when requested. We liked having towels by the pool.

The breakfast was good Saturday- omelets and maple sausage but we really did not like the scrambled eggs and chicken sausage. The potatoes were not very warm either day.

It was convenient. Breakfast was very good on Saturday and just OK on Sunday.

Rooms with pets were beside rooms without. Dogs were barking and disturbing us. I recommend dedicating 1 floor to pets separated from other guests. Housekeeping did not service our room in between nights.

The property was very clean, the lady at the front desk was very nice & even texted me during my stay to see if we needed anything. The check in & check out process was less than 2 mins. They also had a great free breakfast every morning.

The only negative thing I can say is the thermostat made loud clicking noises when the air would cut on & the air wouldn’t go below 70.

Very happy with our stay here, breakfast was good plenty of room so it was never crowded during breakfast. The pool area was also very clean and open that was a big plus. The beds were comfortable and the size of the room was good.

The hotel is not really close to alot of attractions, restaurants, or shopping. But it is also not a far drive from all the mentioned above. We don't mind driving and exploring so it was not a huge downside.

The property was clean and comfortable. We found the property to be very quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast was lacking fresh fruit and had eggs that were cooked ahead of time and reheated. Prior experience at Hampton Inns had eggs that were cooked at the hotel. The whipped cream was a nice addition to the make your own waffles.

It’s close proximity to Dulles International Airport The Room was big and clean Having a free bus shuttle to & from the airport I liked the bus driver (the old middle eastern guy), he was polite and friendly

The breakfast tea types, all were flavored, no simple plan/normal tea such as English breakfast tea

The staff was so very accommodating. We arrived late and ate take out. They provided us utensils and salt and pepper. Early flight,so could not enjoy breakfast. Was disappointed to learn we now have to pay for long term parking despite staying at the Inn before and after traveling

I originally booked a whirlpool room. Unfortunately, it wasn't available by the time I checked in (1:00 PM EST). I was in a rush to do errands, so I had to take the standard available.

The front desk staff was helpful on a couple of occasions for some needs we had.

I would like the cleaning staff to routinely give more coffee packs, toilet paper, change trash, and take old towels even if it is the weekend.
