Convenient location and price with parking. The bed was on the more firm side but not bad and not worn out. The pillows were awesome I always bring my travel my pillow and I actually didn’t need it great support not cheesy down alternative half filled. Clean not smelly. Have to remember it is an extended stay some are there longer than a night or two on business or what not. It was on the quiet side despite being in a busier area. I was not let down at all.

I didn’t like that late arrivals had to call to be checked in and wait for someone to arrive. Sounds worst than what it is, theres a sign stating to use the phone at the location you speak to customer service and a night shift person care taker style employee came within 5 minutes and had us checked in quickly. It was really just not being aware of it until arrival. Not a reason I wouldn’t stay again.

I received what I expected for what I paid. I travel all year for work as a telecom contractor, so I look for basic, clean and comfortable places. This fits the bill.

Wi-Fi is slow. Also, it kept disconnecting. I'm sure if others complain, they will fix it, if others don't complain, it's probably my computer.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, decent TV and channel selection.

Got there late. It had taken a while before the night clerk came out to check us in, but in the morning for check out, the ladies were very nice and willing to help.

Good value for airport proximity.

2 complimentary bottles of water in the room were NOT available. The outside corridors and stairwell were all stained. Lack of pride in the outside appearance of your property.

Great reception, wonderful receptionist, had issues with my card payment and she was very helpful and helped me had it resolved , nice lady God bless her

I think property is under New management because everything has changed and rooms are very clean
