I recently had the pleasure of staying at Westin Washington Dulles Airport, I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who made check-in seamless and efficient. The room itself was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, with modern decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of traveling from Spain. Overall, I highly recommend Westin Washington Dulles Airport to anyone visiting D.C. I had been left stranded in Washington airport by BA at 11:30 pm. I was supposed to be in Chicago. There was no sign of any BA staff and their counter was shut. I booked the Westin then called them and they sent a shuttle bus for me within 10 minutes even though the regular service for that day had stopped. I was greeted and made to feel valued and welcome on arrival. The room was perfect and I felt stress free almost immediately, albeit BA had ruined my day. It was great to get back to excellent customer service. Next morning the breakfast was brilliant, service excellent and timely shuttle back to the airport to get me on my way again in a great frame of mind...

Nothing - I really liked it.

Very spacious room with all the things one could need: storage, bathroom amenities, comfy beds, and a massive flat-screen TV all made for a comfortable stay. Hotel was very quiet at night and good for sleeping. Breakfast was good with a number of options. The shuttle is quick and efficient, with very amicable staff to help. Ours was a short stay, but the storage space and comfort would make a longer one just as good.

The location is less than 10 minutes from the airport and within a short driving distance from restaurants and fast food. I really appreciated that they cleaned my room without having it requested. The TV’s have a Netflix feature so you’re not limited to the typical channels. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. I had the best sleep I’ve had in years both nights here; even better than being at my own home. The rooms were quiet and updated.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. WiFi is not complimentary and is an additional $10-$14 per night. Parking options include valet or the parking garage. Parking garage is $10 per night.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The waiter for my Sunday evening meal, Shaheed, was exceptional. The crab cakes were some of the best that I have ever had.

When I tried to get to the 5am shuttle, the doors to the elevator corridor were closed. So I walked the hall 3 times before I was able to recognize them. So I missed the shuttle and had to wait 30 minutes.

Great hotel - especially if you need to be close to the airport. Free airport shuttle available that runs frequently. We needed a place to stay after airline delays and the hotel staff were super flexible and helpful in providing us access to the rooms early. Fitness centre is expansive for an airport hotel and great to have access to that while waiting for a long flight. Would recommend.

Loved the healthy menu items. I don’t eat meat and there was little option on the regular menu but the other menu had great options that were varied and flavorful. I appreciated the 24/7 gym. Bed was comfy and I loved the shower and bathroom supplies. The lavender oil to sleep was lovely. The location was quite nice. I enjoyed a brief walk outside. Appreciated the free airport shuttle.

Sadly, I left before breakfast was served despite having chosen the hotel because breakfast was going to be included. Perhaps there could be a few items available for early morning departure guests - yogurt, premade sandwiches, oatmeal packets and access to hot water, boiled eggs, juice, coffee.

It has a convenient location for my needs, easy access, spacious, and with a very friendly staff.

It was a little bit too chilly. Part of the reason is there is the revolving doors which are fine, but there is a regular door then when open if it’s called outside, it lets the breeze in which makes the lobby chillier than normal.

The cleaniness and tidiness of our room. Our bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. One of the shuttle bus drivers, the younger one, was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Good selection and the taste was excellent.

We landed at 1am. The website said the shuttle was on call from 12am to 5am. However, when we called the front desk to order the shuttle, no-one answered. So we had to get an uber to get to the hotel from the airport. The older shuttle driver was a little bit impatient.

I found an excellent offer that the price includes the breakfast but u need to use vouchers. First day, i asked the server to get me a coffee latte, he kindly gave that to me within the voucher. Next day, I was served with another one who said the voucher doesn’t include the latte! At same day, my husband was served a latte using same voucher!! This was confusing and the server who told me that was not nice. I don’t like the way he was talking to me.
