Ideal location with shops and restaurants around the corner, really nice vibe. Bright hotel with great facilities—the water cooler and the 24/7 coffee were welcome. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mason, who seemed to work evenings. Large rooms with clean bathrooms and lovely free shower gels and shampoo. Breakfast was great, with a selection to choose from and starting at 6 a.m., which was perfect for before work.

If I were being picky, I'd say that the bins could have been emptied a bit more often, especially around the water cooler, as it was full of cups. And the cleaning staff didn't do my room in the 4 nights I was there. Not an issue for me though, there were plenty of clean towels and stuff anyway.

Firm, comfortable mattress; roomy shower with nonslip surface; good breakfast; fun vibe. Great location at Loudon One shopping area, with a variety of restaurants and stores. Just 5 minutes drive to Loudon Inova Hospital, which was the reason for our stay.

Coin- operated laundry and staff would not help make change. Had to go into several stores and buy stuff to get enough change. Space for hanging clothes is very limited, not a problem for a short trip but it could be for a longer stay.

1) Would have preferred Larger rooms for the money charged 2) They do not have microwave at rooms .and have one central one near the front desk . would love to have one at rooms 3) Need to replace the Hot water and coffee pods at front desk frequently 4) They are close to Washington-Dulles airport however they only have the shuttle service on request that you have to book early both for arrival and departures . There is no scheduled shuttle service to Washington-Dulles airport. 5) The hand sanitizers and Hand soap dispensers at the common rest rooms on the lobby floor( first floor) did not have the sanitizing liquid or hand soap in them.

The information provided by staff about breakfast hours were vague and caused us to miss breakfast on Monday morning. However, the staff did make extra effort to provide food for us, after 9AM.

The pool was small and always full of rowdy loud teenagers. It was so bad, that even my young son decline to use the pool out of disgust and discomfort. We also asked twice for our room to be refreshed after a few days, but this was not done, until the following day, after I asked a third time. The cleaning staff turned on the room waking alarm for 6AM, without us asking for this. They did it again after refreshing the room. This caused us to be shocked awake after a long flight and jet lag. We were not business travelers, did not need an alarm, and were not asked whether we wanted it turned on. I took multiple attempts to finally get it turned off. Ruined sleep.

Clean and great location

The only thing that could count as a negative with this stay is that I had to wait at least 10 minutes to check in while the single employee at the desk helped someone else. The key cards I got did not work so I went back to the front desk only to find 3 employees standing around, doing nothing. Where were they all while the line was forming?

I liked the continental breakfast. the lobby area with the pool table and games. It was a great place to relax. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. I loved the black out shades, added bonus for sure. The pool area was ok but felt dated, it would've been better if it was an outside pool or had direct access to outside so you could take a dip and layout in the sun. Pocket doors would be great 👍🏾.

I didn't like that the pool was cold. they should renovate the pool area, give it a total makeover. Add pocket doors that open up to the outside lounge area. Heat the pool for comfort. I think a bar should be added in the lobby area, jist a daily pop-up bar that offers wine and beer with snacks. It could be something that takes place daily btw 2pm to 4pm or 4pm to 6pm. This would engage the guest more and definitely evaluate the Tru Hilton experience.

Good location, closer to lots of good restaurants, nice surroundings. Breakfast was decent and there were different games available to play

I didn’t like the shower system or it’s probably that I didn’t know how to use it. I should’ve asked. I had to press the button every 20/30s for the water to come out because the water keeps stopping

The hotel was clean, modern, and located near various eateries at One Loudoun. The hotel has nice technology features, such as the ability to unlock doors and control the lights/TV with a phone app. The hotel has a gym and a small indoor pool. You can use Hilton's app for a quick check-in and check-out, which makes stay a breeze. NOTE: You still have to visit the front desk to provide a card for incidentals and ready your room keys.

Great little hotel in One Loudoun, brand new, clean, fantastic facilities to cater for families especially with kids and teens. Wonderful communal area and really good breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and quiet with a large bathroom for all of us. Recommend highly!!

Very welcoming staff, clean and pristine hotel with both indoor and outdoor lounge areas. This is also in an amazing location. Literally a 1 min walk to clothing, food, beverages, and dessert stores. Super amazing attractions nearby as well

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. But that was my only fault with my stay.
